Clean and nice room for me and my colleague. Glad on the amenities and guidance by the front desk. Smoking point on the first floor of hotel. Walking distance to the shopping mall and MRT.

Perfect location. Easy excess to 2 Bus Interchange Terminal right in front of the hotel. 1 for local and another 1 for go to Malaysia. Bus stop just few step away from the lobby. Easy spot for get the Grab & Every Grab driver know the hotel. Jurong East MRT Station and Shopping Mall located 5 minutes away from the hotel too.

The room was a bit small, and the breakfast was decent. The service was unremarkable – nothing to complain about, but it definitely didn't have that five-star 'pampered' feeling. The main reason I stayed here was its proximity to my client. The most unpleasant experience was with the self-service laundry. I wasn't familiar with the process, and the on-site instructions were hidden away. After paying, I found the machine wouldn't start, so I paid a second time. I then asked the front desk to send someone to help me, and it turned out I hadn't noticed that the washing machine was already in use. The hotel's 'compensation' was to cover one of my payments. They said the laundry service was outsourced, so they couldn't issue a refund for the extra charge, meaning I had to pay for it myself. It wasn't a lot of money, but what made it uncomfortable was the attendant telling me it was my fault for not seeing the hidden instructions, not the hotel's problem. I understand the attendant might have been paying out of their own pocket and didn't want to cover another payment for me. However, they still represent the hotel, and constantly saying it was the customer's problem and I should rightfully pay extra was really off-putting. The attendant suggested I speak to management, so here's a negative review for management to see.

The facilities here are both practical and comfortable. The air conditioning heats and cools quickly, and there's plenty of storage space around the sink. The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful. Everything was perfect, five-star rating! The hotel staff were very friendly and even provided a universal adapter. It's also conveniently located for dining and shopping.

We booked a quick staycation and it was exactly what we needed to unwind. My husband and I loved the quiet, relaxing ambiance of the hotel. The nearby mall made shopping and dinner really convenient too. Another big advantage was the pool - much less crowded, so swimming felt peaceful and comfortable. Appreciated the special attention given to us the managers 👏🏻💜

No nice hotel to staying. Nearly have shopping place. And science center for kids to play on.

Don't be fooled by the exterior; it's exactly like an average budget hotel you'd find anywhere. The front desk service was terrible, the location is remote, and the air conditioning was incredibly loud, like a washing machine on spin cycle. I was fuming the moment I walked in, thinking they put me next to the laundry room. And the twin room? Absolutely shocking.

During check-in, our reservation from Trip.com could not be located initially, and we waited about 10 minutes for verification. After that, we were informed that we needed to wait an additional 20 minutes.

Genting Hotel Jurong maintains a consistently high standard. It's clean, odor-free, and the environment is elegant and quiet. The staff are patient and the facilities are comprehensive, making it a perfect choice for families. It offers great value for money, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

The location is good, and it's not far from the subway station. The room is a bit small, but that's typical for Singapore where space is at a premium. The service was quite good. The facilities and amenities are just okay, perfectly adequate. The nearby shopping mall is a bit of a walk.
