The front desk staff were friendly, the environment was quite nice, and the surrounding area was still under construction, so it should be even better once completed. The service was also acceptable. The restaurant mainly served Indian food. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed during my visit, otherwise it would have been even better.

I stayed here for one night because I was moving. I had a lot of stuff, so I put it on the first floor, and no one told me to move it up. When I came to the hotel after class at 10:00 pm, no one was there. I waited for almost ten minutes before someone came out to check me in. The most outrageous thing was that when I checked out the next morning, a lady at the front desk said that my stuff didn't look good there, and then said that this was a club or something. I was very angry. First, she didn't tell me, and second, the stuff was very heavy, which was her own responsibility. Now she is shifting it to the customers. Third, her language was discriminatory and arrogant. Although I immediately fought back, it was still a bad experience. I won't come again next time.

Words cannot do justice to this hotel. From stepping into the building late after flight from New Zealand and tired this place felt right. “ALL STAFF” are friendly, polite, helpful and well presented. Nothing is too much to ask. Dinning experience was really good. We will be spending 3 nights before moving on. Beds and especially the pillows (never find a good pillow) are very comfortable. Overnight there is no noise so a good sleep despite being right next to a working marina. Room servicing daily to a very high standard.
