The accommodation is good and clean. The staff are polite. The bathroom is excellent and has a bidet.

The room si clean and decent, but a bit small especially the bathroom. The location is excellent, very near to vivo city and train station as well. walking distance to bus stop. Can go to universal studios via train, bus or grab.

The location is consider good if u wanted to visit Sentosa, Mount Faber, Vivocity. The room is clean the space is a bit tight but it's a budget hotel. The check in process is digital. So u can use email link to complete ur check in and then the access card is not a physical card. You will need to download an app and u can get ur digital card to unlocked the door. But if u didn't complete the online register at the email link you need to provide physical passport or ID for registration. Overall is a good stay but the sound proof is quite bad. Can hear someone taking at the corridor and the trolley wheels passing at the street.

Ugh, I forgot to take photos, so I'll use some random ones instead. First off, I chose this place because it's super close to Universal Studios, and I figured a chain hotel wouldn't be too bad. But the price wasn't exactly cheap – I paid over 480 for a queen room. I know hotels in Singapore are pricey, so this was within my expected budget; I'd already come to terms with the cost. The front desk staff were all really nice. However, my heart sank when I opened the door. The room was tiny, and they don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or cups, citing environmental reasons... though if you ask the front desk for a toothbrush, they'll give you one. For cleanliness, I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5 – not terrible, but not outstanding either. It's a small room but has all the essentials, though you definitely can't fit two suitcases in there; it felt really cramped. On the bright side, the soundproofing seemed pretty good. I'm not sure if there were no other guests or if everyone was just incredibly considerate, but I didn't hear any noise. Plus, I was so exhausted from sleeping at the airport the night before that I slept like a log. It was the best night's sleep of my entire trip, and I was genuinely shocked that I slept best in the smallest room... Oh, and the shower gel and shampoo are all-in-one, so if you're particular, you might want to bring your own.

Overall service was good as the girl at counter was helpful with my queries. Location wise is also very convenient. Cleanliness is good too.

The hotel facilities are small, which is typical for Singaporean hotels. The bathroom is a bit inconvenient because water gets everywhere when you shower. Frankly, if the price were under 400, this hotel would offer great value for money. However, if it's over 500, it feels just average. The hotel doesn't provide enough bottled water, which is a real inconvenience for guests.

The location of the Hotel is conveniently near VivoCity and Harbourfront so if your activities are mostly going to Sentosa this is a very good hotel to stay. It also has beautiful view and safe surroundings. Seah Im Food Centre is just 10mins walk, we always have breakfast there. It is also near bus stops just 1 to 2 mins walk. The place is clean, with good water pressure, good air conditioning and fast wifi. There are also convenience stores nearby, Cheers and Shell Select. The Bistro downstairs also serve good food. The staff are friendly and helpful, They let us leave our luggages even after we have checked out of the hotel. Kudos to Elaine for being cheerful and accomodating. Highly recommended
