The room was spacious, and the staff were exceptionally professional and attentive. There are some authentic local breakfast spots and seafood stalls nearby. It's also not too far from the subway.

The front desk service was absolutely fantastic! We had a red-eye flight, so we arrived in Singapore quite early. When we got to the hotel around noon, they were able to check us in early without any issues, and communication was super smooth – truly excellent. The hotel is very close to the subway station and there's a bus stop nearby too, making transportation incredibly convenient. Plus, the room is HUGE! Seriously, huge! I'm very satisfied. There's also a water refilling station in the lobby, which is really handy. Downstairs, there are all sorts of restaurants, just perfect! 😍

The hotel is located at a busy intersection and was extremely noisy, even in the middle of the night. I booked for two days, but due to the excessive noise, I tried to check out early, which they wouldn't allow. The room also lacked slippers. Overall, everything was quite mediocre, offering very poor value for money.
