KINN Capsule: HER Space (Female Only)

I'd recommend the branch next door from the same brand instead. This one claims to be all-female, but the front desk staff at night are male, and in the morning there are male cleaning and maintenance staff around. It's pretty much the same as the one next door. At the same time, it lacks many facilities that the one next door has, such as the bathrooms on the same floor (the first floor doesn't have any, you need to go up to the 3rd floor where the laundry room is), an entire floor dedicated to study spaces and a semi-outdoor area, and 24-hour filtered water facilities. Overall, it's not as convenient as the one next door.

The biggest plus for this hostel is its fantastic location, right on Boat Quay. It's super convenient to walk to Clarke Quay and the Merlion, and there are tons of restaurants, eateries, and bars all around. The biggest downside, though, is how incredibly noisy it is right next to the road! I highly recommend bringing earplugs and an eye mask if you stay here. Overall, it's still a really good value for money!

This capsule hotel is excellent, far superior to capsule hotels in China. The staff are incredibly dedicated, meticulous, patient, and polite. They always ask for permission before entering our capsules or the washroom area, and if we don't understand, they'll keep trying until we explicitly agree. The hotel lobby is spacious, and they offer complimentary breakfast, drinks, and coffee every morning. The air conditioning temperature is very comfortable. It's a great place to meet people from all over the world. The washrooms are exceptionally clean. Every time I went to shower, there wasn't a single hair on the floor; they're impeccably cleaned and disinfected daily.

The moment I walked in, it smelled amazing, and I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay. They even offer free bread and coffee in the morning, which tasted pretty good. If you're traveling alone to Singapore, I'd definitely recommend staying here. The service was excellent!

The overall environment is clean and tidy, everything is well-organized. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless. I highly recommend staying here. The breakfast was also delicious, and the location is convenient, close to all attractions and within walking distance to the metro station. They even gave me a gua sha board, which looked like it was made of some kind of pink stone – truly a thoughtful brand. I hope Kinn continues to thrive. The male front desk staff member was patient and had a good attitude. However, the female staff member had a very poor attitude that made me uncomfortable. If it weren't for this somewhat discriminatory dark-skinned female receptionist, I would have given you a 10-star rating. Because of her, it's only an 8. Also, it was my own mistake; I booked the wrong date. I meant to check in on the 23rd but booked for the 22nd and didn't show up. Consider it a gift of one night to you.
