Before booking, definitely check the negative reviews! This trip was a huge disappointment. The hotel's location is indeed in the heart of Sentosa, and the price isn't too bad, but aside from that, almost everything else was a major complaint. 1. **Unbelievable room type confirmation.** When booking, I couldn't confirm if it was a king-size bed or twin beds. The platform tried to communicate multiple times, but upon check-in, the front desk still hadn't reserved a room and made us confirm on the spot if there was availability. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude and were unfriendly towards Chinese guests. The hotel seemed to have more Western and Indian guests. 2. **Unannounced power outage.** We only found out upon arrival that there would be a full-day power outage from morning to afternoon throughout the entire hotel. No air conditioning, no Wi-Fi, the hallways were completely dark, and the elevators were unusable. The front desk staff themselves were using fans but offered no explanation or apology to guests. The experience was extremely poor. 3. **The hotel is very old overall.** Everything looked dilapidated and dirty. Our room was on the second floor, the hallway was very damp and eerie, and the room itself was rundown with terrible soundproofing. We could clearly hear the splashing and shouting from the swimming pool outside, which significantly disturbed our sleep. 4. **Service was also lacking.** The phone in the room was broken. I had to walk to the front desk to ask for something, and it wasn't delivered even after half an hour. I ended up having to find a cleaner myself to get it. The laundry bag was just a garbage bag. After daily cleaning, the trash wasn't even taken out... I won't say much more; just look at the photos. We couldn't stand it and ended up switching hotels. I strongly advise against staying here; everyone, proceed with caution!

We checked in on my child's birthday and stayed in a one-bedroom suite. To our surprise, after a long day at Universal Studios, we returned to the hotel to find the sofa bed already made up and a very generous complimentary spread of snacks and fruit waiting for us. This made for a truly unforgettable end to their birthday! 🇸🇬

The Oasia Resort Sentosa by Far East Hospitality is conveniently located two stops away on the Sentosa Express. After exiting the elevator, turn right and go up the stairs to reach the hotel. To the left of the elevator, there's a 7-Eleven, perfect for breakfast. Universal Studios, S.E.A. Aquarium, Adventure Cove Waterpark, and Jumbo Seafood are all a 10-15 minute walk to the left. The hotel's cleanliness and air conditioning were great. They provided three soft-packed bottled waters daily, and on the first day, we also received two coconut waters. There's a swimming pool on the first floor open from 8 AM to 8 PM. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

I stayed here ten years ago when it was still Le Meridien. I remembered there was a path directly to Universal Studios, so I booked it. Turns out the path has been permanently closed, and you can't enter and exit Universal multiple times anymore 😂. First, the pros: 1. Convenient location, very close to the Imbiah MRT station. 2. Free bottled water provided, not direct drinking water with unknown filter elements. 3. The pool is beautiful and photo-worthy. Now, the cons: 1. Proactive service awareness is lacking. I presented my child's passport during check-in, but no children's amenities were offered proactively. 2. I stayed for two nights. On the second day, housekeeping only made the bed and emptied the trash. They even wrapped my compression socks directly into the bedding 😂. The hair left in the bathroom from washing my hair on the first day wasn't cleaned either. No toothbrushes, cotton swabs, or anything were provided. 3. The lighting is dim, which I don't particularly like; it felt eerie at night. 4. The pillows were extremely high. I left a note asking for a flatter pillow, but it wasn't replaced. It was too late, so I just made do. The bed felt so soft it sagged, and I woke up with a backache. 5. I only found out it was a connecting room upon check-in. I could hear coughing from next door in the middle of the night.

The space is very large, and the room is clean and tidy, which is very suitable for family travel. The Sentosa tram is just across the street, which is quite convenient. The price is considered to be of great value for money in Sentosa. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

I was surprised by the huge temperature difference between the corridor and my room, as I stayed in a poolside room. The location is fantastic, with the monorail right in front of the hotel! Even though check-in was at 3:00 PM, they allowed us to check in early. As a result, we were able to get into our room right away.

Great location, clean hotel, and it really gives off that resort vibe! 【Room】 It had a unique and interesting layout, haha! Both the bathroom and the room were spacious! The ceilings were super high! We had a very comfortable stay! However, the bathroom door is quite see-through—you can pretty much see silhouettes through it. Keep that in mind if you're sensitive about privacy. It didn't bother me much, though, and the place was so spotless that I was totally satisfied overall! 【Staff】 I thought this hotel didn't offer Japanese support, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a few staff members who could speak a bit of Japanese! Generally speaking, all the staff here were very kind and thoughtful, making our stay truly pleasant. Thank you so much! That said, since we checked in quite late, there weren't any Japanese-speaking staff around, and the front desk agent spoke pretty fast English, which gave me a bit of a hard time, haha. By piecing together the general vibe and a few recognized words, I barely managed to figure out what they meant, lol. Smartphone translation apps weren't all that helpful either. If you're not confident in English, just mentally prepare yourself! Haha. 【Location】 USS (Universal Studios Singapore) and the S.E.A. Aquarium are within walking distance! A shopping mall packed with restaurants and more is super close by! Naturally, there are convenience stores and Starbucks nearby too! Palawan Beach and Siloso Beach are just one stop away on the complimentary resort tram for hotel guests. Anyway, the location was fantastic! 【Amenities & Facilities】 We didn't use them extensively, but the complimentary drinks and snacks were well-stocked! At first, I couldn't figure out which one was the kettle because it looked like a coffee machine, lol. Also, for some reason, one thing was broken and couldn't be used, which was a bit disappointing... On the bright side, the hotel pool was reasonably sized and very refreshing! Definitely check it out if you're visiting in the summer! 【Overall】 I was extremely satisfied! If I ever get the chance to visit Sentosa again, I'd love to stay here!
