Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and have everything you need. The swimming pool is decent too. Cleanliness: Overall very good. Service: The front desk staff speaks Chinese and is very enthusiastic.

Seriously, don't stay here. This hotel is really bad, I don't recommend it. All the negative reviews on the page are accurate. The room is tiny, super small; you can't even open a suitcase without blocking the way. The air conditioning in the room is freezing cold and can't be turned off, even if you pull out the key card. There's no proper duvet, just two sheets with a towel in between, so it was really cold. Check-in is at 3 PM, and they charge extra if you're even a minute early. I've stayed at 5 hotels, and this one is by far the worst. They even charged an extra 35 SGD per night for my child. The dark-skinned Malay guy at the front desk was really mean; after we paid for the child, he gave us the smallest room in the entire hotel. The toilet was so cramped that a slightly larger man wouldn't even fit. The room was so cold that my child got a fever on the first night. Truly, there's no harm in comparison – this place can't even be called a hotel. If I hadn't booked 6 nights and couldn't get a refund, I would have left already. If I had booked for just 1 or 2 nights, I definitely wouldn't have checked in. Even without a refund, I wouldn't stay here. I truly regret booking this hotel. Save yourselves the trouble; I hope everyone avoids falling for this trap!

For this price, don't expect too much from the cleanliness. Lower your expectations, and you might find it just about okay. The pros: It's close to the Rainbow Police Station, Fort Canning Park, and the Little India temple. Public transport and MRT stations are a guaranteed 10-minute walk away, and there's a 7-Eleven within 5 minutes. Even though it was hot and we were tired in the afternoon, the kids still had energy, so we let them go to the pool. It's small, which is good, and not too deep, so I just relaxed on a lounge chair while they had a blast all afternoon. Clarke Quay is right next door. Cleanliness is just average, and the rooms are small. Next time, if I increase my budget slightly, I'd stay at the Ascott Roberson House nearby.
