the counter staff was so kind and nice such as its name. Again i appreciate his very kind and nice hospitality. I can surely tell thise readers this is review from true experience. Room was nice, hot enough water, good structured room with window!!!!.
The garden city not much have window room.
Please take this chain rooms.
Its too good to compare with those shared bathroom and no window room and hotel.

The washroom is not user-friendly, when the door is open after shower, water drips on the floor of the room. The window is essentially covered, can’t see anything. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The photos are quite deceiving, the room is a lot smaller in person. You are literally showering on the toilet.
Location is good if you are wanting a more local experience but it’s about 30 mins from the airport and all the attractions closer to Sentosa.
Bed is hard as a rock. Requested a refund after the first night which was declined…

Very accessible. Convenience store and hawker are everywhere and its a walking distance also from the hotel. Bus stop also just outside the hotel. Will definitely book this hotel again when I visit singapore.
