The hotel feels a bit old, but the front desk service was generally good, though one female staff member of Chinese appearance was quite impatient. It's best to speak English here as Chinese isn't widely understood. However, I really liked the bay window.

The Chinese-speaking staff were very attentive and helpful, and our requests were promptly addressed. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The common areas are nice, quiet, and the pool is beautiful. A deposit is required upon check-in. It's very close to Orchard Road MRT and ION Orchard, making it super convenient to get around.

Excellent hotel! The location is convenient, the facilities and environment are very clean, and the room is huge. They even provided a separate small bed for the little one.

Environment: The location is excellent, right next to a large supermarket and several big shopping malls, plus a Mr. Coconut outlet. Service: The service was very warm and friendly.

The room was spacious and the facilities were quite new. The location was excellent with plenty of attractions nearby. The hotel even arranged a small cake for my birthday, as I had mentioned it in advance. Breakfast was very rich and delicious!

The room was really spacious and seemed newly renovated. When I booked, there was a promotion for free extra beds for children under 12. The hotel is super close to Orchard Road, and a taxi from the airport wasn't expensive at all. If you're heading to Sentosa with 3-4 people, taking a taxi is very cost-effective. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The front desk staff, both the young woman and young man, were incredibly patient and accommodating when checking in with my high-school-aged daughter. They even upgraded us from a twin room to an Executive King Room. I was pleasantly surprised when we entered the room. It had a spacious living area with a bar, dining table, and an L-shaped sofa. I loved the Hermès rug and the luxurious hard furnishings, like the solid wood wall panels and silk soft furnishings, giving it a light luxury, natural stone feel… The 2-meter king-size bed had a thick, comfortable mattress, and the L-shaped sofa could be easily converted into a single bed for my daughter, free of charge. The hotel truly goes above and beyond with its thoughtful touches and care. 🌺🌺🌺 We'll definitely be staying at Grand Hyatt again next time!

A standard five-star hotel. The staff at the entrance have a low service mindset. Breakfast is good, and has a massage pool.

The location is excellent, very close to nearby malls and hawker street food downstairs, and ION mall is also within walking distance. The hotel's king room has a bay window sofa bed that can directly convert into an extra bed, so there's no need to worry about adding a bed for kids – it's a perfect solution. The bay window sofa bed can comfortably sleep two children. As shown in the pictures, the 24-hour gym and outdoor pool are both very good.

I was assigned a non-smoking room with a great view. The location is super convenient, surrounded by high-end brands like LV and Chanel. Orchard Road shopping mall is fantastic, and it's easy to check out all the popular internet-famous food spots.

Just stayed at the Grand Hyatt Singapore and was blown away by the refurbished rooms – modern, spacious, and super comfortable. The service was top-notch from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fresh, luxury stay right on Orchard Road. Will definitely be back.

They offer Chinese-speaking staff, and I didn't need a power adapter to charge my devices, which was convenient. Complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. The outdoor pool was very clean and not crowded, and the elevators require key card access, adding to the security.

A surprisingly good room: 1. The location is excellent, perfect for dining out and shopping! 2. My kids absolutely loved the sofa in the room; it magically transformed into a bed at night and won their hearts! They wouldn't sleep in the huge main bed, insisting on the sofa bed! 3. I was initially worried about the facilities being outdated since it's an older hotel, but after the renovation, all my worries were completely unfounded. 4. The garden on the 1st floor of the hotel is very pleasant, and the pool depth is also perfect for young children. Overall, it's a great family-friendly hotel!
