The hotel's location is great, right next to a commercial plaza and a subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel environment is also good, with a business district nearby. I booked a twin room, but they gave us a king room instead, saying they had no other rooms available and couldn't switch it for us even though we booked for three days. They really need to improve their customer service. Having to use a key card every day is also quite inconvenient.

Check-in was fast and the malay male staff on noon duty seated at the check-in table near the entrance door was efficient and welcoming . Location of hotel is about 10 mins walk from BV mrt station, quite convenient .. Room is clean, spacious and equipped with enough amenities . The seating area near the window is good too . There is a filtered water tap at the sink(they don't provide bottled water) The minus points for this hotel- no bidet so hopefully hotel can install one in every room and the checkout time is 11am ): Swimming pool have good greenery view around it but blocked by few buildings around the hotel so we cant see the beautiful sky . However, I think the size of the pool is fine to accommodate a certain amount of people especially if during peak season .. There were only few guests at the pool during my stay . Hotel is also just few minutes walk to star vista mall which have quite a variety of foods there . Housekeeping is friendly and the check-out staff is friendly as well .. Overall, I would consider to stay here again . 💚

Countless time I stayed at this hotel due to the lay back environment. And out from the busy road of SG. Was given an early check in, unfortunately the room have a aircon fault. Giving a loud sound. So need to wait for another room. Ms Nurul, who is at the reception counter gave the best service. I only waited for a while until the room is ready. This time was given a lower floor due to the full booked rooms. And the room is spacious cause it's cater to whelkchair bound. She managed to try her best when I requested for higher floor room. But I'm just lazy to keep changing. Overall was a great stay.

The newly renovated rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The downside is that if you’re traveling here these couple of months, there is still renovation works that is ongoing.

The hotel was under construction throughout my stay, and it was extremely noisy, making it impossible to get proper rest. Even after changing rooms, there wasn't much improvement. The room itself was quite spacious, but the soundproofing was poor.

Repeated stay in Park Avenue Rochester. Location wise is great on the assumption that you have an event near this hotel. Otherwise you will be far off from the city for tourists, but I do see many staying here too. I believe the hotel is undergoing some refurbishment of rooms as we can hear noises in the day time above our unit. Since the rooms are a bit dated, it's probably time for that. We had no issues with our room, everything is working perfectly fine. Check in and check out is a breeze & definitely use the one time ticket for parking which costs $8 per entry if you plan to stay over with your vehicle.

The price is great, and it's not only close to my company but also within 500 meters of a metro station. There's a shopping center nearby too, so dining and shopping are very convenient. The hotel gave us a suite, which is quite spacious for Singapore hotels, and it comes with a washing machine, refrigerator, and kitchenware, so you can even cook your own meals.
