went down at 6am, couldnt check in, service staff said to cancel the booking through trip and book the hourly one, so i did, but tried refunding twice both times rejected, scam hotel scam app

Have been coming here and it's clean, nearby got food places , got u mart , quite a convenient place , got bus stop nearby and value for money. Service Staff was nice sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good stay most of the time. Thank u:)
