The Front Desk staffs are friendly and polite. Out of my expectation when I checked in..... the room is very spacious as compare to the price I paid. Definitely I will book again.....

I had such a wonderful stay here! The room was spacious and very clean, and the bathroom was spotless with everything I needed — even a bidet spray, which was a nice touch. My favorite part was definitely the warm spray shower. It felt so soothing and relaxing, almost like enjoying a mini onsen after a long day. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially the short-haired lady at the front desk — she was so polite, friendly, and made me feel truly cared for. The location is also very convenient — just a 3-minute walk to local restaurants (including a delicious Thai eatery and a famous porridge shop called Jok Kob), a bus stop, and a convenience store. Everything about this place made my stay comfortable and peaceful. I’d love to come back again someday. 💛

The free mini bar with complimentary drinks and snacks was a delightful bonus, adding a touch of luxury to the experience. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the lobby staff provided impeccable service, friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. While the hotel lacks facilities like a pool, gym, or on-site dining, and no food is included, the vibrant Geylang area more than makes up for it with countless nearby eateries offering delicious local dishes. For anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and well-serviced stay in Singapore, Five/6 Hotel Splendour is a fantastic choice. I’d definitely return for another splendid stay. Ps: I was so tempted to finish their entire “Rosemary and Mint” shower gel. 🧼

Tons of small cockroaches, they crawled in my bed, in my bag, in my clothes, it was quite disgusting. They moved me to a different room and I saw a larger one on the toilet. Asked multiple times for a full or partial refund so I could stay elsewhere, which was declined. The receptionists were friendly, gave me cash to cover laundry. Spent my night worrying and cleaning instead of resting before my connecting flight. Attached a picture of the larger roach found in my second room.
