Overall good, although not convenient. Staff are friendly but missed one cleaning even if I mentioned to the front desk, but they did the cleaning on the second day and I am fine with this and may visit this place again as it is very quiet and good for business travellers. I would strongly suggest adding eggs in the breakfast options.

Soap and shampoo are not given daily. The cleaner only comes every 2days to clean up. They did not wash and clean the glass and plates. Tea and coffee are not refillable.

Considering my kids' summer camp plan, I choose the hotel and order an apartment with one king size bed and two single beds rooms. I had reminded the office twice by remark and by email before I arrived hotel. They told me couldn't offered such appointment because balhblahblah ,why not told me in advance?? Besides, no any morning greetings from front table. Only two staffs served for breakfast were so friendly.

The room is clean and spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a kitchen and utensils. It is suitable for us two adults and two children. The service staff were very nice. It was quiet at night and I had a good rest. A 5-minute walk from the hotel is West Coast Park, which has children's play facilities and is also very close to the seaside.

You can see the sea from the upper floors, the rooms are larger, there is a washing machine, and you can make simple meals. It is very convenient for long-term stays.
