The hotel service was excellent, with a welcome drink upon arrival. The staff at the front desk, in the breakfast restaurant, and for room service were all incredibly warm and patient. Even after returning home, I still fondly recall the hotel's lush greenery. My only minor complaint is that the swimming pool water was quite cold. The breakfast was also very good, and they even served lattes with beautiful foam art. There's a shopping mall right near the hotel with bubble tea and a pharmacy, and if you walk a bit further, you'll find two Jumbo Seafood restaurants and the lively Clarke Quay bar area.

This hotel is excellent! The green exterior walls and corridors are simply stunning. The room was spacious, bright, and very clean, and the bed, pillows, and duvet were incredibly comfortable. The service was professional and very thoughtful, and their eco-friendly practices are impressive. Breakfast was exquisite. I absolutely loved this hotel!

The Parkroyal Collection Pickering is a very nice Hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is amazing and the rooms are spacious and clean. Above all the integration of outside gardens into the building adds a lot to the nice atmosphere of the hotel. Last but not least the location is very convenient to get along in Singapore.
