I have never stayed in such a small room for the price across the 10 countries I have visited. This room consists of a mattress on the floor in about a 6ft x 6ft space. It has a kettle/jug with a cup and 1 tea bag supplied, I hate tea so was not impressed that they didn't even have a simple coffee sachet included, especially for the price of the room.
I don't know how the bathroom passed building regulations when you cannot sit on the toilet due to it being turned sideways and 6 inches from the wall, prepare to ride side-saddle if you want to use it. I am only a slim person, so if you are not a slim person you will have great difficulty in using the toilet or even having a shower. I tried to take photos of the bathroom but it is just so small I had trouble doing that.
They have escalators that do not work, so be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs.
They need to invest in a vacuum cleaner and a broom because you can see the floors throughout the hotel are not vacuumed and the entry foyer is not swept.
It really looks like the owners don't care anymore, and are just maximizing their profits from tourists That is the impression I got, especially when there was a family demanding a refund and not happy with the hotel.
If it wasn't for the above issues, this place would have got a better rating from me, but a hotel that is diminishing with no money being spent on it will always turn into something people do not rate well.
I would never stay again simply due to the bathroom being so small with a toilet you have to sit sideways on to use, and escalators that do not function forcing one to have to climb the escalator stair with their luggage.
