Heritage Collection on Boat Quay (Quayside Wing) - Mobile App Check-In

The location is in a restaurant-dense area along the Singapore River. The Heritage series hotels are clustered together, which can be confusing, so be sure to check the building name. I was a bit worried since it was my first time at an unmanned hotel, but the staff kindly helped me with check-in, check-out, and luggage storage without any issues. The staff were very friendly: Shannen, Mary & Jamie! At first, I thought it might be like a goshiwon (a small, inexpensive room for students), but the built-in storage was very convenient, and there's a microwave. The accommodation was also clean.

The apartment is small but very good, it has everything you need, and an excellent location. Our studio didn't have a window, but we knew that beforehand.

The lady who checked me in was incredibly warm and thorough, making my Singapore trip a great experience. She helped me store my luggage in advance, guided me on how to use the key, and the washer/dryer were very efficient. It was a wonderful trip. The single room was safe and comfortable, offering excellent value for money.
