M Hotel Singapore City Centre Reviews

Absolutely terrible. Hardware: The bathroom light flickered, and despite reporting it three days ago, no one came to fix it. The faucet was so short it was practically unusable. Hygiene: Just look at the state of these cups 👀. Basic necessities: You have to filter your own drinking water. Service: An individual named Muja from the 'ngr' (assuming this is a name or department) was arrogant and rude. The front desk staff answering calls also had a terrible attitude, acting as if I owed them something. Even though I stayed in a suite, they didn't inform me that the mini-bar was complimentary or that I had lounge access, and they didn't even program it into my room card. What a complete mess. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in all my trips to Singapore.

This hotel provided one of the best hospitality experiences I have had in a long time. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and quiet, featuring a super cozy bed and a powerful shower. Its prime location made exploring the neighborhood, dining at nearby restaurants, and grabbing coffee effortless. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making my entire stay relaxing and stress-free. I truly enjoyed my time here and will gladly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.

Great location! It's convenient for getting around, with easy access to transportation. The surrounding area has everything you need: restaurants, a subway station, a shopping mall, and convenience stores are all close by. It's also near Merlion Park, and places like Lau Pa Sat and Resorts World Sentosa are easily accessible.

First time in Singapore, chose M Hotel. Overall, it was decent. It's conveniently located, close to everything. They don't provide bottled water, but I figured out how to use the hot water kettle, which was fine.

Not bad. The room was quite spacious and clean. The cleaning staff were all young, handsome guys, haha.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Merlion Park, Chinatown, Marina Bay Sands, and Lau Pa Sat. The recreational facilities are quite basic, with just a small pool and a gym. It's essentially comparable to a 3- or 4-star hotel in China. The value for money isn't great, but it's acceptable for Singapore.

Pretty good, the hair dryer was great! I'll definitely be back. There are lots of good places to eat nearby. Loved it, hahaha! I'll choose this place again next time. It's really good, I love it! Very nice.

Arrived late at night and chose this hotel because it was close to Marina Bay Cruise Centre, convenient for boarding our cruise the next afternoon, and reasonably priced. It turned out to be an excellent choice! The location is superb, and both the facilities and breakfast exceeded my expectations. Walking around the surrounding neighborhood, every building has unique and impressive design highlights. It's perfect for a city walk.

The room was incredibly noisy! There was construction noise during the day, and loud music from downstairs at night. Plus, the room had a musty smell. I asked the front desk twice to change rooms, but they said they were fully booked. I definitely do not recommend this place! The picture shows the construction site right across from the room, it's very close.

Fantastic location! You can get there directly from the airport by subway, and it's just a 10-minute walk from the station. It's also only one subway stop away from the Merlion core area. The hotel offers a quiet retreat amidst a bustling area, surrounded by skyscrapers but without being overly noisy. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The high-floor view was superb, directly facing the harbor. It had a fridge and a large TV, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was great, except for the front desk service, which was a bit cold and not very welcoming. While it didn't significantly impact my stay, it did slightly lower my overall impression of the hotel. It would be perfect if they could improve this aspect! For less than 1000, the facilities and environment offer incredible value for money! Highly recommended!!

The hotel is about a 6-7 minute walk from the subway station. It's surrounded by high-rise buildings, so public transport is quite convenient. There's a bus stop right across the road with over a dozen routes stopping there. A special note for everyone: in Singapore, if there are no passengers getting on or off, the bus driver won't stop. The hotel itself is at least 20 years old. While the rooms seem to have been renovated in recent years, most of the common facilities are still dated. The elevators, in particular, are an issue – only three are operational for over 20 rooms per floor, leading to long waits during peak hours. The pool on the 11th floor isn't very big, but the water quality in Singapore is excellent, and there's no chlorine smell. Breakfast was decent, pretty standard, especially considering the affordable price. For meals, we went to the 'Big Bazaar' (likely a hawker center or large market), which offered a lot of choices. There's also a Sichuan restaurant near the subway station worth trying.

Dated hotel located at the CBD with 2 mrt lines, surrounded by office buildings and F&B outlets and supermarkets. Only 3 elevators are available, long waiting time during rush hours. Room is generous size with worn furniture and equipment. No water bottles in room and a kettle only. There's a outdoor pool , wash machines/dryers, and gym on level 11.

The room is big and very close to CBD area. However, the room service needs to be improved. Shower gel was not refilled for two days.
