The river view room was great, very spacious with a nice view. It's also close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and very clean, and the facilities were quite new since it had been renovated. The location is also great, right by the Singapore River. Plus, the breakfast spread was extensive.

The room was spacious with a lovely river view and good hygiene. Breakfast was just okay. There's a bus stop right outside and a subway station about 300 meters away, making transportation very convenient. They also offer Chinese-speaking service. However, the omelet cook in the restaurant was unfriendly towards Chinese guests, showing differential treatment. Overall, my experience was still pretty good. I also got a late checkout until 3 PM.

Extremely satisfied! The environment is great, and the hygiene is impeccable. The service is also excellent, and the views are beautiful. It's super convenient as the subway station is right outside, and there's a bus stop too. I especially love the hotel's ambiance. The room even has a pot and an induction cooker, which is really handy for cooking your own meals.

Location is very convenient. In between 2 MRT stations, Havelock station exit 4 and Great World Station. We’ve upgraded room at top floor. Nice scenery. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing. There’s one thing that made us disappointed is….the hotel staff are not attentive enough towards guests. When I book this hotel, I’ve stated in the remarks that this staycation is to celebrate my husband’s birthday. However, the hotel staff didn’t prepare anything or give any complimentary cake to surprise us.

Amazing stay, everyone in the hotel is very helpful. Great stay, the house-keeping and the front desk were so helpful. Guided me throughout the procedure everything. The stay is so good! My kids love it so much. They have fun. Will definitely come back for more staycation.
