Great location: 10 mins on Grab to main attractions, 5 mins walk from MRT (helped a lot after Lady Gaga concert), 7/11 and cafes nearby. Room is big & clean, all conveniences are in place: air conditioning, water filter, TWG tea, slippers, safety deposit, etc. Breakfast is amazing and full of choice! English, Indian, Chinese, Continental, fruit… Swimming pool is also big, also jacuzzi and 2 water slides both for adults and children separately. Jacuzzi was not working 1 day, but was fixed afterwards. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The only issue is that there is no toilette brush in the room… Had to ask to clean the room one more time, but that was not a big issue. Booking from trip was confirmed, excellent service and price.

Got a free upgrade to a ‘Lux’ room which was at the back of the hotel, completely overlooked by the hotel behind. We couldn’t open the curtains and there was nothing to see anyway apart from a big grey wall full of windows.
Requested a room change and they downgraded us to a standard room which was smaller but had a lovely view of the river and the pool area and a bigger shower!
The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you!
A big thank you to the porters too for handling our bags with care, calling us taxis and generally being really helpful.
I think this hotel is in the perfect location allowing you to walk to anywhere of interest in the city within 30 mins.

One of the best hotel to stay in Singapore. All locations are near by for this hotel. MRT is just walking distance from hotel and it connects all places.
Highly recommended to stay here if you are visiting Singapore.

Am very lucky to check in a suite premium king room, have a balcony to view outside, unfortunately the sliding doors are locked, am not able to slide open.
I feel a little difficult to squeeze out the shampoo, shower gel from the little bottles. Is a little tight & tough to squeeze out.

Had a wonderful stay celebrating Wedding Anniversary. Given a box of chocolates by staff Ani. Nice gesture much appreciated. Room nice and clean. Breakfast with huge varieties and good as usual. 3rd time staying this year and got free room upgrade as well. Thank you for a wonderful and enjoyable stay.

Very close to many things, markets, national museum, Fort Canning, etc.
Restaurants along the Quay were great and a nice night view.
