## Lobby & Public Areas Upon entering the lobby, you're immediately struck by the spaciousness. The high atrium feels airy and open, never oppressive. The overall architecture features strong, clean lines, and the geometric interplays have a distinct deconstructivist feel – great for photos. The front desk layout is efficient, and check-in was quick, with almost no waiting. ## Breakfast The variety is excellent, with Western, Singaporean, Indian, and other Asian stalls. There were also very friendly Chinese-speaking staff. The freshly prepared egg dishes and fresh juices were high quality. The dining area is spacious, so it never felt crowded or noisy. ## Room I stayed in a club room this time, and the space was noticeably larger than hotels in a similar price range. The layout is expansive, not at all cramped, which is a rare find in land-scarce Singapore. The mini-bar, ironing facilities, coffee machine, and tea set were all comprehensive. The bathroom fixtures and amenities felt high-quality, and the oversized bathtub with bath salts was perfect for washing away a full day's travel fatigue. ## Service Overall, the service was professional and understated. From the doorman to housekeeping, everyone was polite and measured in their approach – not overly fawning, but you still felt well-cared for. A special shout-out to the Korean lady at the 38th-floor club; even though she didn't speak Chinese, she communicated meticulously in English with a constant smile, which was both elegant and warm. ## Summary High-end facilities, excellent service – perfect for guests who prioritize quality and spaciousness. I would definitely stay again. ### Complimentary Pacific Club Access: I missed both afternoon tea and happy hour due to being out sightseeing. A reminder to fellow travelers checking in next time: definitely try to experience them!

The hotel environment is great, and the location is excellent. It's very convenient to get to all the major hot spots in Singapore. The room also provides TWG tea bags. The only downside is that the air conditioning is a bit noisy.

The location is excellent, right next to the Ritz-Carlton. With a large shopping mall nearby, finding food and shopping is no problem. We booked a club lounge room, and the view from the room was superb! The only downside was that the shower pressure was really weak. Other than that, it was perfect!

Excellent hotel, well-served by the metro. The breakfast buffet is grand and Asian-themed, sometimes even a bit overwhelming due to the sheer variety. The room was spacious and very quiet. The pool was great.

The location is excellent and very convenient, with shopping malls nearby for easy shopping and dining. Plus, you can catch the Duck Tour boat right across the street and access it easily via a skybridge. Just past one of the malls, you'll find a night food stall area, which is super convenient. The hotel service was good; the bathroom facilities were a bit so-so, but luckily they moved me to another room. The staff's service attitude was good, and the environment was very nice.

Quite good! It's super convenient for getting around, and the soundproofing is decent. Although the room decor is a bit older, it's well-maintained. The value for money is pretty good. It's not far from the MRT station, and it's connected to Suntec City and Marina Square, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. A short walk brings you to Marina Bay. All in all, it's quite nice.

This time, I stayed for one night after a cruise. Since it was a post-cruise stay, the room was very spacious, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing time. I was particularly satisfied with the food. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious, making it a highlight of our stay. Our whole family enjoyed the meal. We also used the pool. After experiencing the crowded pools on Disney Cruise Line, the kids absolutely loved the hotel's pool, finding it very comfortable. It was a great place to unwind after the cruise. Another memorable aspect was the hand soap in the room. It had a wonderful fragrance, so much so that I wanted to buy it to use at home. Unfortunately, I was told it wasn't for sale, which was a shame. This time, we booked two rooms for five people. We had requested a twin room for one of them, but this request wasn't accommodated, so three of us ended up using a triple room. It felt a bit cramped for three people, and we had to use the sofa for sleeping. We were informed at check-in that an extra bed would incur a charge, so I think clearer information beforehand would have helped us prepare more comfortably. Regarding the staff's service, there were no particular concerns; overall, it felt quite ordinary. On the other hand, a slight disappointment was the green cushion on the bed. It had a very strong, surprising odor. We couldn't use it and had to leave it on the floor. Since cushions can come into direct contact with skin, I believe frequent cleaning of the covers would make them more reassuring to use. The odor this time was quite intense, and it might make me more conscious of cushion conditions when staying at other hotels in the future. Also, Singapore has many large buildings, and it was sometimes difficult to figure out where we were within the hotel. Even with maps, navigating was a bit confusing, and it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't fully appreciate the hotel's good location before our stay ended. Overall, we made many good memories, including the spacious and comfortable room, the varied and delicious buffet, and the pool and lounge access that the kids enjoyed. However, there were also areas that could be improved for an even more comfortable stay, such as the odor of the room cushion and the information regarding room occupancy and extra beds. Although it was only a one-night stay, it was a relaxing time after the cruise and a good time for the family. Thank you.
