Garden Pod at Gardens by the Bay

Huge space with lots of greenery and outdoor space. Chose it to host a floral course and the outcome couldn't be better. Host was kind and easygoing. Will come back for family stays!

the place is nice, toilet was slightly stinks, but overall is a good place! and u get to be in the garden. js bring mosquito repellent if ure scared of insects (but i mean you are in the garden) other than tht its p clean and the staff was really friendly too

Great location right by Gardens by the Bay. City hideaway in the greens. Great place for small group party in the evening. Staff very helpful and present, contactable via WhatsApp

The pod was clean as. Well maintained. Finishings were high end and everything was thoughtfully well designed. From the spiral staircase to the cupboards and the pull down bed and cushions they all fit nicely. There were also many recycled wine glass cups provided too bad it rained when we were there, if not we could have used the large patio to enjoy the garden more. The pod is hidden behind trees at the nearest drop off so it took some time for us to find it. Service was good but the self Checkin can be a bit of a hassle as you need to figure out how to check in to get the key. But because WhyeYeen was on whatsapp, response was super quick. check out was simple.

Quiet location, good for friends gathering, provide bbq gadget if request, express check in and check out, nice view

I had difficulty finding the key after checking in on-line. There is no on-site support as the help desk was actually based in Korea??? After 1 hour, I asked the guest next door to help me get the key and I finally get into the room. The room is clean and nice. The first level has a kitchen and sofa and the bedroom is on Level 2. The view is fantastic. One last thing, there is no hair dryer in the room. I would recommend this hotel if the above could be improved.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The management team was very thoughtful,  it was raining when we arrived, and they kindly came out to pick us up, which we really appreciated. The space is great for family or friends gatherings, with a comfortable and spacious layout. The location is also convenient and enjoyable. However, one area that could be improved is the bathroom design, as water tends to flow out and wet the outside area during use. Cleanliness was acceptable when we checked in, but it didn’t fully meet our expectations throughout the stay. Due to the surrounding trees and natural environment, there were some insects, which may be unavoidable but still affected our comfort slightly. If you are a nature person, this place totally is for you! Nice view :) Overall, it’s a nice place with warm service and a good setting for group stays, with just a few areas that could be enhanced.
