This is a very high class hotel, all the hotel facilities are great, swimming pool is very fun, full amenities provided, nice bed and nice pillows, room is big and spacious, ambience is very relaxing and comfortable, location in sentosa is great, we can go to the beach which is near, the staff provided good and friendly service, the food had wide selection for us to choose which is good service, we recommend this hotel for future stay.

Was promised a call by GM Anthony on 2 Dec morning by Assistant front office manager Siti. However, no call received. No accountability.

The hotel is located in a quiet but still accessible location. The room amenities were great except that the door to the room couldn’t stay open even when I pushed it to the wall as instructed by the staff. That was very inconvenient as I had a wheelchair user and it was a struggle to keep the door open while pushing the wheelchair. The breakfast buffet was great. There was a good variety of food and it tasted good too. But the tiramisu cake I ordered in the afternoon was frozen so it didn’t taste nice. The pool was great cos it overlooked the sea.

Found a dead cockroach in the toilet when we woke up. Took 25 mins for staff to assist. Went for breakfast and came back to a second dead cockroach right outside our room.

Had a relaxing stay at Amara Sanctuary hotel. All staff were friendly, polite and ready to assist. Our room had a back door that opened up straight into a lap-pool, which was extremely convenient. Spotted a couple of peacocks on the premises too!

The not so fantastic experience stared when I stepped into the Amara Sanctuary Sentosa Resort. I was about to check in at the front desk when a man, not sure if he's hotel guest staff or security kept saying, "Check-out, check-out?" in a loud voice. I've not been to any hotel which used such unfriendly tone to talk to guests. I replied "No, check-in". He then asked how many and said take out all IDs in condescending manner. The hotel is obviously understaffed and the check-in staff doesn't greet guests and seems to be in a bad mood.
While the space is nice with resort feel, the maintenance needs to be upkept. There were drain flies in the bathroom, the wall is like patchy with black marks, the laminate of the dressing table is chipped off and cuts my arm when I sat at the table.
Ive requested for a cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary was only delivered after 7pm.
The only staff whom was really friendly was MJ at the breakfast area. The whole place, including the restaurant is understaffed and I understand that the hotel is running full that day.
We will need better service in the hospitality, please send your staff for training if they are lack of it.
I will try other hotels like Capella, which is next to Amara Sanctuary and won't be back to this hotel again.

We booked the verandah suite but were disappointed as the balcony did not look anything like the picture we saw online. We mentioned this to the Reception staff and they were very helpful. They agreed that the balcony wasn't as advertised and upgraded us to a Couples' Suite which was really lovely.
Food was excellent! Staff were really great. We had a lovely time, thank you!

My stay at Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa was absolutely divine! 🏝️ This beautiful hotel exceeded all expectations and booking the executive room with a jacuzzi was a true blessing. 🛁 The warm welcome of sweets in our room paired with complimentary pillow lists, a Nespresso machine, and free mini bar drinks made us feel so pampered! 🍬☕ The king sized bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were like little clouds of heaven, leaving me feeling refreshed and well rested. 😴 The breakfast buffet was a delight, perfectly suiting my taste. I couldn’t resist going back for more of the crispy Belgian waffles and the fresh vibrant salad bar! 🥐🥗 Everything about this resort screamed luxury and relaxation and I only wish I could have stayed longer.
