It's quite clean, and the facilities are complete. Most importantly, it's clean and odorless. The staff are Chinese, so communication wasn't an issue. The decor is nice, giving it a warm, home-away-from-home feeling. The male staff member was very polite.

Service was okay, pretty good value for money. Thanks for making me type so much, mainly to hit 50 words for points. Anyway, for around 400-ish Singapore dollars, it's pretty decent, especially for Singapore.

The facilities are great, clean, and quiet. If I ever come back to Singapore, I'd definitely choose this place again. It's so much better than Ibis. Ibis was a nightmare – the soundproofing was terrible, the amenities were basic, and every room had its own electrical box that buzzed loudly whenever you used electricity. It was the same in every room I tried.

The environment is great, very clean and quiet. It's not noisy at all at night. Aimee and Nunul were super quick and professional with check-in and check-out.

For a one night stay, this hotel is quite okay. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the MRT station, although it's close to a bus stop. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean. However, the drinking water tap did not work, so no water came out. Since I bought my own bottled water, this wasn't really an issue for me.

First time in Singapore, and the sea breeze was incredibly refreshing. The cloud formations created such a beautiful atmosphere, and the post-shower scenery was truly therapeutic – it made my trip absolutely perfect! This hotel offered great value for money and was very comfortable overall. I have to give a special shout-out to Korin Yilin from the staff. They were so friendly and enthusiastic, even sharing local attractions and food recommendations. Following their advice saved me a lot of hassle during my travels. The room layout was a bit small and minimalistic, but perfectly adequate for sleeping and resting. The only minor downside was the lack of slippers, which was a little unexpected. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The small imperfections didn't detract from my overall good impression. Next time I'm in Singapore, I'll definitely choose to stay here again, bringing my own essentials.

Highly, highly recommend! We stayed for two nights and the service was excellent. The room was very spacious and even had a window. They don't provide bottled water, but there's a direct drinking water tap in the room, so you'll need to bring your own bottle. The location is super convenient and it's great value for money.

This hotel is really great! There are so many food options nearby, and it was much better than I expected. The transportation is also super convenient – I could just walk to the concert, which was a huge plus. Compared to other areas, the food here is quite affordable and there's a wide variety to choose from.

This was my first time in Singapore and my first hotel booking, and it was great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore. Celvin and Ainee provided excellent service. It's not that I can't afford other hotels in Singapore; it's just that Hotel 81 Palace offers better value. Highly recommended!

Stayed for 3 nights. Location is good and convenient, close to Geylong district with plenty of food choices and also walking distance to bus stops and Mrt. Only complaint is it’s noisy especially in the morning when cleaning staff activities can be loud and disrupting sleep.
