Pros: The room is spacious, with a living room and a bedroom. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and there's a kitchen and a washer-dryer combo, which is very convenient for business trips. The surrounding environment is good, and it's easy to get to Marina Bay. Cons: On the day of check-in, the allocated room was on a very low floor, despite my prior request for a high floor. They didn't grant it, perhaps prioritizing Caucasians and locals, which felt a bit like racial discrimination. Additionally, the towels had a musty smell, and the bathroom had a urine odor on the day of check-in.

The room was great, quite spacious and comfortable. They even provided toiletries for kids. The rooftop infinity pool was absolutely amazing, large with fantastic views, and not too crowded which was a big plus. Breakfast was also better than I expected.

Overall, my stay was fantastic. The hotel's cleanliness, ambiance, and facilities were all excellent, making it highly recommendable. The only minor hiccup was with the breakfast information. On the first morning, I presented my Trip.com order, which clearly indicated breakfast for three, and the hotel confirmed it was updated in their system. However, on the second day, I was told again that breakfast wasn't included and had to show my order once more. I hope Trip.com and the hotel can achieve smoother order synchronization to prevent guests from repeatedly showing their booking details every day, thus avoiding unnecessary hassle. There's some ongoing infrastructure construction around the hotel, which does cause a bit of disruption, but that's beyond the hotel's control. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the overall experience and would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

First off, I want to commend the front desk staff – both check-in and check-out were very warm and efficient. However, my overall stay wasn't very satisfying. I was in town for a concert, staying only one night, and traveling solo. Upon entering my room, I found a sofa bed made up in addition to the bedroom. I'm not sure what the logic behind that was. After the concert and a late-night snack, I returned to my room past 1 AM and started to shower. It took a full 20 minutes for the water to heat up; I even wondered for a moment if hot water wasn't available at such a late hour. The main bedroom's large bed clearly hadn't had its sheets changed. As soon as I lay down, I could feel small, unidentified particles, like dead skin, on the bed. I didn't dare look too closely. At that point, I was grateful they had made up the sofa bed, as those sheets at least seemed fresh. So, I ended up sleeping in the living area. The view from the window was decent, offering a glimpse of Haji Lane across the way. But I'd suggest the hotel focus on getting the basics right first, otherwise, it doesn't live up to its pricing.
