The room wasn't huge, but we came for the views and they definitely delivered! It was such a unique and delightful experience to see all sorts of animals swimming right outside our window. Ordering room service was super convenient, so you could easily stay in the room all day, or if you wanted to go out, a buggy would come pick you up.

The room was great, and from the bedroom window, it seemed we overlooked an aquarium exhibit. The butler service was excellent. On our first night, the butler was incredibly helpful, giving us a thorough introduction to the room and even preparing the sofa bed downstairs. Booked for the underwater suite, but aside from that highlight, the other facilities felt run-down. The room entrance being in the underground parking garage was a major drawback. The only way in and out was via shuttle, and the shuttle staff, while politely smiling, were cold and unhelpful throughout, which was also a big minus.
