Located right in the heart of town close and convenient to all areas of Orchard road.
The hotel staff are very accommodating for service requests.

This hotel room is smoke-free which suits my family. Deluxe room size is reasonably big but it doesn’t come with sofa. The super king size bed can comfortably sleep 3!

Stayed at Royal Plaza on Scotts for my wife’s birthday and it was another pleasant experience. We were greeted with a colourful cupcake at the counter — a sweet and thoughtful gesture. The room was cozy as always, since we’ve stayed here many times. Didn’t manage to get an upgrade this round (they did mention it’s subject to availability), so just unlucky I guess.
The highlight of the stay was definitely the food — both Hi-Tea and breakfast were fantastic. Everything we tried was delicious, and we ended up eating so much because it was all too good to resist. Already looking forward to our next visit!

It's a perfect stay because the hotel is right in the centre of Singapore, opposite Ion Orchard 😍😍
All the amenities were made available easily upon request and the staff were very thoughtful ☺️
I will definitely comeback to stay again whenever I have the chance 🥰🥰

We felt welcome the moment we checked in, and the staff were very polite and supportive. The room was spacious, clean, and had big comfortable beds — no problems at all. The hotel is strategically located and easy to access anywhere. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Singapore.
