Village Hotel Albert Court by Far East Hospitality

I was impressed by both the hotel and its staff from the moment I arrived. I was checked in quickly by the younger gentleman, shown to my room and had the amenities explained to me, all in under 10 minutes. This was great for me, personally, as I had had a long travelling day and just wanted to rest as soon as possible. The young gentleman also passed on some local knowledge when I asked him where I could purchase a replacement suitcase for my broken one. The cleaning staff, especially the older gentleman, was a great asset to you. He greeted me every day with a smile and was obviously experienced in his job. My room was presented to me in the cleanest and tidiest possible state. It was the least any customer could ask for and I appreciated that. It set the tone for my stay. The hotel is a little older, it's true, but I find that to be part of its charm and why I chose to stay here in the first place. Despite that, lift was very modern and the hotel layout looked great. I honestly didn't ask for much and didn't use all the services that were available to me, so I cannot rate the hotel on the things I did not experience. I will most likely return in the near future, secure in the knowledge that I will also most likely have another seamless and top class stay. Wonderful Stay at Village Hotel Albert Court We had a really pleasant stay at Village Hotel Albert Court. The room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely arranged, and having a bathtub was definitely a bonus — we really enjoyed it! The air-conditioning was very cold and comfortable, which was especially nice after a long day out. The hotel is also very conveniently located near the Rochor MRT station, making it easy to get around Singapore. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and convenient, and all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. A special mention to the housekeeping team as well — they were very nice and did a great job keeping our room clean. Overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

Glad to be offered the allocated room type. Spacious. Water pressure was good. Bed was comfortable. Preferably more hooks can be available to hang towels in the bathroom considering the room was meant for more guests. Good sound proofing when there is construction work can be seen just outside the room window. Friendly staff. Did not quite expect that there is no swimming facility. Limited breakfast buffet items. Compact buffet area. Unique masala omelette item available at the egg live station. Spring rolls remain crispy. Black tea in jug available was strong and good with fresh milk. Only thousand island dressing was available for garden salad. Could consider offering other dressings eg. olive oil or balsamic dressing. Slightly salted butter was available instead of unsalted. For breakfasts over 2 days, sautéed vegetables were cauliflower & broccoli respectively.
