Management should upkeep the cleanliness of the rooms. Found cockroach in the bed and the toilet seems dirty as well.

The location of this hotel is very good 👍🏻. But the cleanliness not too good 😕 need more upgrades including the cleaning service need too added. Thx

The main problems are a lot of cockroachs and the room is smaller than expected. It is even hard to walk through. The room is not the same as they showed on the trip app. Manager and other guys are quite good.

Seamless check in the front desk staff is very helpful. Shaw Plaza Mall is across the road and Whampoa Market & Hawker is minutes away by foot😀

Public access area is very stinky likely due to rooms being rented out to Indian foreign worker as dormitory and the lobby area is also scented with Indian refreshener. Bath/shower cubical is small and the heater isn't working despite turning on for days. The shower-gel and shampoo holder are empty and when asked, was told they do not provide that anymore, instead given 2 little bottles of shower gel and a shampoo/conditioner plus 2 discs of scented soap; so pathetic despite paying the price. Even the drinking water is unwillingly provided when i asked for it and was pathetically provided ONE bottle instead of 2 and was told it's a single room. Condition of the air-conditioner is bad and is almost choked with thick dust even at the outlet vent flapper. Bedsheet is in terrible condition with stains of blood either unwashed from previous occupant, else not being washed thoroughly and even the room maid couldn't be bothered. The room safe is also not in working condition and also the lighting. All in all - the hotel can't seem to bother so much on providing value for money or great experience, there're just too many areas for improvement they should look into if only they're concern about repeating customers.

The hotel was a little far from Novena so it was a bit of a walk especially when it was either hot or raining. Food options were abundant nearby in the form of hawker centers so that was a nice plus. Furniture was a little old though, as shown in the photo. It would have been nice to have newer facilities. Also, the property was not responsive about the name change I requested. That was a particular hassle dealing with the property and with Trip.com
