Excellent location, convenient for getting anywhere, with Raffles City mall and the MRT right downstairs. The service was also attentive and super enthusiastic, and they all spoke Chinese! The room was big and very clean, and the environment was great! I'll definitely stay here again.

The overall service and facilities were very well thought out. Stayed for 4 nights. Their in-room dining meals were all quite delicious.

The Fairmont Singapore boasts an unbeatable downtown location, with direct access to Raffles City Shopping Centre and the MRT station downstairs, and just a short walk to Merlion Park. The rooms are spacious and feature private balconies, offering stunning views of the Marina Bay skyline. The hotel's outdoor pool and Willow Stream Spa are perfect for relaxation. The staff are professional and welcoming, and the amenities are custom-designed by Le Labo. Although the pool is a bit small and breakfast might involve a wait, overall, it was a perfect stay combining luxury, convenience, and comfort.

The service attitude was excellent, the room was very clean, and the facilities were complete. However, my room type didn't offer a full view of the outside scenery because a very large building blocked it. I asked to switch rooms for three nights, but they didn't arrange a change for even one night, nor did they proactively contact me. This definitely needs improvement!

The room was very spacious, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable – just the right balance of soft and firm, which was lovely. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options. Since my check-in was close to my birthday, they even surprised me with a chocolate cake, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. A big thank you for that! My only minor complaint is that the swimming pool water was quite cool for some reason, and my child found it a bit cold. Otherwise, the location is very convenient. Overall, I'm very satisfied! 👍

The hotel's location is fantastic; it has direct access to Raffles City shopping mall downstairs. The hygiene and service are also excellent. It was very convenient for us, traveling with kids and elderly parents!

This is a great hotel! I upgraded my room and got an even better view, with a panoramic outlook of Singapore's iconic landmarks. There's a mall right downstairs, and I even managed to buy a Rolex watch there – amazing!

Facilities: Quite comprehensive. Everything is well-appointed and exquisite. Slippers, laundry bags, razors, combs, toiletries, and soap are all of excellent quality. The shampoo bottle dispenser was a bit stiff. The bathtub was large. The direct drinking water tap was very convenient, and you can take the cups out, so you don't need to buy extra water. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. The glass cups had a slight odor. Environment: What you see is what you get, and it looks even better in person. The bed not being against the wall and facing the balcony view was a unique touch. The bathroom has no door, and the wooden sliding door for the toilet was stuck and wouldn't move, which should be noted. Service: The front desk staff and operators were flawless, and the Mandarin service was a commendable bonus! Room delivery service was fast! The housekeepers were also excellent. However, there was a dark-skinned male server at Prego who seemed unfriendly and had a stern expression. Breakfast was abundant, and the taste was good.

The balcony offers stunning views of the Merlion and Marina Bay Sands, and the night view is equally beautiful. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall and a subway station, making transportation and dining incredibly convenient. The room was cleaned promptly, and the service was good too.

I was already confident that I wouldn’t make the wrong choice. And it turned out to be true — when I arrived, everything met my expectations. The room was very spacious with two balconies and a living room, plus a beautiful view facing Marina Bay Sands. Opening the window was such a lovely experience, both during the day and at night. The swimming pool was also quite large, and the service was very friendly. Most importantly, the location was very strategic and convenient. 저는 이 호텔을 선택한 게 절대 후회되지 않을 거라고 이미 확신하고 있었어요. 그리고 실제로 도착해보니 기대했던 그대로였습니다. 객실은 매우 넓었고 발코니가 2개나 있었으며, 거실까지 갖춰져 있었어요. 특히 Marina Bay Sands 방향의 뷰가 정말 아름다웠고, 창문을 열면 낮에도 밤에도 너무 멋진 풍경을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 수영장도 꽤 넓은 편이었고 직원들의 서비스도 친절했습니다. 무엇보다 위치가 매우 좋아서 이동하기에도 정말 편리했어요.

I really liked the room's balcony, which offered views of landmarks like the Marina Bay Sands. Before checking in, I mentioned it was my daughter's birthday, and the hotel not only decorated the room but also provided a small cake. The hotel's location is also excellent; it's within walking distance to many attractions such as Merlion Park, Marina Bay Sands Shoppes, Old Hill Street Police Station, and Fort Canning Park. The MRT station is right downstairs, making it convenient to get to the airport and Orchard Road. Plus, the hotel is located within Raffles City Shopping Centre, with plenty of dining options and shops downstairs for shopping and meals.

Fantastic! Wonderful service and amenities. Great location, connected to Raffles City Mall and close to City MRT and Esplanade MRT station. Highly recommended.
