The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. There are multiple MRT and bus lines nearby, so getting to any attraction is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful, with no language barrier. The room facilities are decent, and it wasn't as small as I expected. Highly recommend for a trip to Singapore.

Great access to the park, clean rooms & hospitable staff. It’s a hotel preferred by many tourists.

The pillows were way too high, making it impossible to sleep. The air conditioning was also incredibly noisy. Everything else was just mediocre. For the price in Singapore, this rating is decent, but in China, it would only get a 1 or 2-star rating.

Pros: Very close to the subway and bus stations, and right next to Fort Canning Park, making travel convenient. There's also a 7-Eleven downstairs. Cons: The bottled water provided was tiny, and the kettle couldn't fit into the sink for refilling, which was quite inconvenient. The room facilities were old; the sink's water flow was extremely weak, taking ages to fill even for brushing teeth. The toilet flush button was faulty and needed multiple presses to prevent constant flushing. There were also uncleaned blood stains on the room floor. Everything else was just mediocre. Areas for improvement that haven't been addressed: The breakfast quality clearly suffered due to human factors. The first day's breakfast was decent, with fried rice, two types of shrimp dumplings, and bread for main dishes. On the second day, there was only bread and lotus seed paste buns, which were very sweet and unsuitable for my diabetic elderly companion. We had to make do with a few slices of bread, which wasn't very filling. What was most unacceptable was the highly rotten lettuce; on the first day, it was barely edible, but on the second day, every single leaf was red and black – completely inedible. I doubt even the staff would eat it. My guess is that the hotel lowered the food standards because several groups checked in on the second day, resulting in more guests.

Fantastic hotel! The location is superb, right in the city center and super close to Fort Canning Park. It's also really near the Dhoby Ghaut MRT station 🚉, which makes it incredibly convenient and comfortable for a stay.

Facilities: Pretty comprehensive. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was also okay. We stayed for 4 consecutive nights, and they kept our room very tidy. Environment: The hotel is actually located next to a commercial area, opposite Fook Hong Park. The air conditioning was excellent. We also booked the buffet breakfast for 4 consecutive days, which was a mix of European and Chinese styles. I want to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff member who gave me a packet of coffee; he said it was good. My English is limited, so I didn't get to chat much with him, but I really appreciate his kindness. Overall, our stay was quite comfortable, and the price was reasonable.

The room was nice and spacious for two people. They don't provide slippers, so you'll need to bring your own. Fort Canning Park is right across from the hotel, and it's beautiful with lots of greenery and the popular 'tree tunnel' photo spot, definitely worth a visit. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the subway and buses, making it convenient to get anywhere. You can go to Lion City House for food and shopping, and if you have time, Orchard Road is just a bit further down.

Fantastic place. Views over the park were wonderful. Lovely staff. Many thanks to Latifah, Anthony, Joe, Nizam, Mariah, and all the other staff. We have found our happy place when staying in Singapore. 

Is third time of staycation at the hotel, but this time there is difference as there is some misunderstanding regarding the room amenities, there is difference in deluxe category and executive category, is different when I first called to enquire about the room category during first stay, nevertheless the service is still thoughtful to change to our needs, thankful for all🌸✍️

The room is big enough the equipments are fine and water flows every well. The front desks staffs are friendly. The location is great near Ford Canning park and MRT station. This is the perfect stay and will book the place again.

My pleasure to stay in YWCA. Staycation or a traveller myself. I love the location near Fort Cunning Park and just opposite Dohby Gaught MRT, you can experience 2 different worlds in 1 location, go up the hilly park and enjoy nature and go down Dohby Gaught for lively crowd in mall experience. The hotel room is clean, and serene to have a good sleep.

Overall, it's pretty good and offers great value for money. The location is convenient for getting around, and the facilities meet basic needs. After all, hotels in Singapore are generally quite expensive.

It's pretty good. Fort Canning Park is right across the street, which is a nice environment. Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station is also nearby!
