Royal Plaza on Scotts
"Booked for 2 adults and 1 child. The room was quite spacious with two 1-meter beds. The front desk staff, who I think was an Indian gentleman, asked if it was our first time in Singapore and what we thought of it. I told him it was our first time and we found it very clean and tidy, but I couldn't express more in English. Seeing that our child was tall, the gentleman kindly offered us an extra bed for free, saying it would help the mother rest well at night. Our whole family was very grateful for his thoughtful gesture. Although our child ultimately chose to share a bed with mom, not needing the extra bed, we still appreciate the gentleman's kindness. It showed us the humane side of this city, and we look forward to visiting Singapore again next time we have the chance."

"This hotel is nice for a short stay. It’s so high tech that it’s inconvenient because you have to bring your phone all the time or you cannot open your room."

"This hotel service is super bad and spoils my birthday day mood. While I booked the room I specifically requested I want a queen bed during February, when April near to the date I remind them again, but they reject my request and while I called to their reception counter, their counter replied in rude way and mentioned I booked from third party, so will not give me the queen bed. Hello??Nowadays, who will book a hotel at the hotel's own website, I paid the full amount, I booked from trip.vom means I am not their customer? They said it will help me join the two single beds together , but it is not comfortable at all! Plus ,their staff never help join before I entre the room, they come in after I called The room is old, rusty, even sink is stuck the water. Super disappointed and spoiled my good mood ,never come again I Only satisfied their swimming pool design."
ST Signature Jalan Besar
"Convenient location with 2 MRT stations within walking distance. Room is clean. However, the aircon is rather noisy."
Hotel 81 Palace Singapore
"Highly, highly recommend! We stayed for two nights and the service was excellent. The room was very spacious and even had a window. They don't provide bottled water, but there's a direct drinking water tap in the room, so you'll need to bring your own bottle. The location is super convenient and it's great value for money."

MET A Space Pod @ Arab Street Singapore
"friendly staff, clean, nice location with many shops and restaurant around. definitely recommend everyone who is solo traveler"
The Bus Collective
"Celebrate birthday for my daughter. A nice place to rest and relax."
Strand Hotel Singapore
"Stay here for twice. Hotel is centrally located. Right next to mrt station. Many buses. Got free carpark for stay in guests. Rooms are a bit worn out but clean and neat. Good enough for quick biz trip. Many cafe. Eateries. Convenience store nearby. Will come again."
Village Hotel Changi by Far East Hospitality
"The service was unbelievably bad. The front desk staff were incredibly lazy. I had two rooms booked on the third floor under my name. My colleague accidentally left their key in their room and couldn't get in. I called the front desk from my room to ask them to open it, but they told me to come down and get the key myself – they wouldn't bring it up. So I went down, got the key, and it still didn't work when I got back up. I had to go back down again to reactivate the card. Throughout this whole ordeal, the front desk staff showed absolutely no apology and maintained a really sour expression. It was utterly disgusting."
Marina Bay Sands Singapore
An iconic five-star integrated resort in the heart of Singapore, featuring luxurious rooms with panoramic city views.
Grand Hyatt Singapore
"I am a reasonable traveller. Singapore is a multicultural nation where around 70% of its population are ethnic Chinese. As the world’s second-largest economy with promising prospects ahead, China has a huge number of Chinese-speaking visitors, so comprehensive Chinese service at the hotel would be a thoughtful addition for guests. On my part, I am also planning to learn English better to adapt to international travel in the future. Staying at Grand Hyatt Singapore offered me an authentic insight into local life, which differs greatly from the superficial experience most tourists get from quick sightseeing trips. As highlighted in Singapore’s National Pledge, multicultural harmony and inclusiveness should always be prioritised. Overall, I would rate my stay highly."
The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore
"The Ritz's hardware is far superior to its service. The hotel views are also fantastic, and the breakfast offers a wide variety worth trying. Although there were some unpleasant incidents with the hotel's service this time, I want to give a huge shout-out to the Trip.com customer service team. They continuously followed up, handled, and coordinated everything efficiently and empathetically, leading to a perfect resolution. Thank you, Trip.com."
PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore
A modern, eco-friendly hotel in the heart of Marina Bay, featuring lush greenery, stylish rooms, and stunning city views.
Robertson Quay Hotel
A stylish boutique hotel located along the scenic Singapore River, offering chic rooms and easy access to vibrant dining.
Hotel 81 Tristar
"Nice big room and very friendly staff. Bathroom was not cleaned properly our whole 9 nights we stayed, even after we requested more than a couple of times. They made beds up and clean towels every day but did not clean the sink, shower or toilet."
Oakwood Bencoolen Singapore
"We had an excellent stay. Near to everything mrt, bus stops, malls, resto and even food court.walking distance to Fort Canning Park"
Wyndham Singapore Hotel
"☹️ Cons: Don't take chances when booking this hotel. I specifically requested a quiet room in advance, as I'd seen reviews mentioning the North Tower might have fire truck noise and adjoining rooms. Well, we got both. If it had just been one, I could've put up with it, but we were woken up every morning at 7 AM by the loud conversations from the Northeastern lady next door. The hotel was full, so we couldn't even switch rooms. The Trip.com customer service was excellent; they helped communicate immediately and offered compensation. If you're okay with potentially getting an adjoining room and listening to fire trucks daily, then go ahead and book. Pros: The location is pretty convenient. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Merlion and less than 10 minutes to Fort Canning. The hotel staff were pleasant and proactive in helping with luggage and explaining room facilities. The hotel's public areas are quite nice, though the guest rooms are more on par with a 200-300 RMB standard in China. We paid around 2500 RMB (tax included) for two nights."
PARKROYAL on Beach Road, Singapore
"Exterior is a little dated, but the refurbished interior was lovely and we liked the unique style. Service was great, and the staff were all friendly and proactive in catering to our needs The club lounge was also pretty decent - the spread was fairly limited, but it had a good alcohol and mains selection."
Carlton Hotel Singapore
"Excellent location—within walking distance to many attractions. Bus stops are conveniently located near the hotel, and Grab rides can take you to most places quickly and easily. Will stay again"
Amara Singapore
"This is one of the few hotels in Singapore with genuinely spacious rooms. The location is incredibly convenient, being very close to the MRT station, Chinatown, the Korean Street, and all the main attractions. Getting to Sentosa is also a breeze; a taxi ride costs less than 100 RMB. The absolute highlight is the bar downstairs, which is ranked second in Asia. You can get in with an advance reservation, and the drinks are absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!"
Swissotel The Stamford Singapore
"The room was okay, but my friends booked theirs through another platform and got a cheaper rate. Their room was on the 59th floor with a view of the Merlion and Marina Bay Sands, while ours was on the 14th floor, only looking out onto other buildings. There was at least a 1000-yuan difference in value, which is really unfair!"
