Hotels in Novena, Singapore

This is my second trip to Singapore. The first time, I stayed at Swisssôtel. This time, as a family of five, we wanted to try a different place and stayed here for two nights. I had requested connecting rooms in advance but was disappointed that it wasn't arranged. 1. The hotel's location is convenient, right next to Novena MRT station. The B3 level connects directly to the MRT, the adjacent mall, and plenty of shops and restaurants. 2. The rooms are quite spacious (we were given a double bed room and an accessible room). Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. The beds were just right – not too soft, not too firm – which is important for a good night's sleep. 3. The room amenities are complete, including a coffee machine and toiletries. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. The lobby is comfortable and has a water dispenser with both cold and hot water. The front desk provides fresh fruit daily, and the whole atmosphere is very friendly! 4. The 8th floor has a gym and a swimming pool. This trip, the main focus was for the kids to enjoy the water, and they had a great time splashing around here. All the kids were very happy. Our whole family found it to be excellent, and we look forward to coming back again!!

The staff are friendly and accommodating.. The room just nice for 3 person.. It's also spacious, and clean.. They have swimming pool but don't have chance to swim due to hectic schedule they have gym also just beside the pool area.. We enjoyed our stay.. And will definitely come back and recommend to families and friends.. Nearby Novena Church just 2 stop and accessible to bus stop and shops downstairs to buy food and nearby bars..

Fantastic, super helpful! The hotel is directly connected to the mall, which is right outside Novena MRT station. The room was clean and comfortable, a bit small but easily fit a large suitcase for our family. The lobby on the 22nd floor offers great views, especially for catching the sunset. For Ya Kun Kaya Toast, it's just a short walk to United Square, which we visited for two days.

I genuinely think this place is fantastic! It was the cheapest room I could find that met my requirements. I initially thought that because it was so inexpensive, it would be in a very remote location, but it turns out there are two bus stops right outside. I also found the staff to be very patient. I don't speak English, but they were very patient with me, using a translator and even gestures. They were very enthusiastic, and the cleaning ladies would always greet us when they saw us.

Absolutely fantastic, and very affordable! Overall, it's a great value, and I highly recommend it. My stay far exceeded expectations; I was very satisfied with everything. The location is excellent, close to transportation hubs, making taxis and public transport super convenient. The room was spacious and tidy, with meticulous cleaning details. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were well-stocked. The bed was just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, ensuring a high-quality rest. The front desk service was patient and efficient, responding promptly to any requests. The entire environment was clean and comfortable. It's suitable for both short layovers and longer stays, definitely worth recommending to everyone.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions, which made getting around simple and hassle-free. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This hotel is quite good, polite, clean, and the location is very convenient. There are also many different food options nearby. If friends come to visit, this is a good choice as it's convenient to get anywhere. Since transport in Singapore is quite expensive, a convenient location is a top priority. The photos I've shared are of the delicious food nearby, which I'll never forget, especially the black pepper crab.

The hotel is located in a relatively lively area with plenty of places to explore nearby. However, getting to the subway isn't very convenient. Also, if your room is facing the road after check-in, I'd suggest asking for a change, as the soundproofing of the windows is really not up to par.

Facilities: Good, the bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Lively area. Service: Good, warm service. The location is very convenient, with a bus stop near the hotel. Novena MRT station is also quite close. Satisfied.

Looks like an old building that's been renovated, so the facilities are pretty new and it comes with a kitchen. The bathroom is a bit small. Soundproofing isn't great, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider. Service is good though. It's conveniently located right across from Zhongshan Park and Zhongshan Shopping Mall, which is a plus.
