overall stay was quite comfortable though you can hear almost everything in the next room. beds were clean, staff were friendly. location was convenient, lots of eatery and hidden gems around the area. if you are a tourist and a foodie, you will definitely be spoiled for choices.

Hotel boss is located in a strategic location and the reception gave us an upgrade Alvin Lee was so nice and made us feel welcome. The amenities in the hotel was okay but they need to check the treadmill because not all are functioning well. My family went swimming and said that it was nice. This is a super lively hotel and when I get back to SG we might get back here again

We are arrived around 1am in the morning and it was easy check in for late check in. Just follow the instruction on their message and all is good to go. Pod was clean, great and perfect for two people. They give you 2 bath towel as well. Corridor a bit unclean since you can bring your shoes inside. Toilet and bathroom was okay for Pods stay like this. Location is perfect! You just need step ahead to see Haji Lane famous place! 5min to MRT.. Overall, with the value it’s acceptable!

Had a wonderful 3-night stay! The hotel is clean, comfy, and super close to Bugis and nearby MRT/bus stations. Shoutout to the hotel manager and front desk—when another guest's cigarette smoke got into our room, they immediately stepped in, deionized the room, and offered compensation. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The room was a bit small but very clean, which was nice. It's in Haji Lane, which I'd recommend. However, if you're sensitive to noise, I wouldn't suggest it as the soundproofing isn't great and you can hear the water running next door.

The hotel's surroundings are very convenient. It's close to the subway station, and Kampong Glam is right next door. There are plenty of places to eat and stroll around nearby. For the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, it was quite a good hotel.

The POD @ Beach Road is a smart choice for anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay right in the heart of Singapore. The location is fantastic, with Bugis MRT, Haji Lane, Arab Street, plenty of food options, and many popular attractions all within easy walking distance. The pods are cleaned every day and are comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep after exploring the city. The shared toilets and shower facilities were mostly clean throughout my stay and were maintained regularly. A nice bonus is the cafeteria and co-working/meeting space on the third floor. It’s a pleasant area to have breakfast, enjoy a coffee, catch up on work, or simply relax. If you’re expecting a luxury hotel, this isn’t it. But if you need a comfortable, well-maintained place to stay for a few nights in a central location, The POD offers excellent value for money. It’s ideal for short stays and travellers who plan to spend most of their time out discovering Singapore rather than staying in their room.

We appreciate the support from the team( Xia, Loc, Popo & Divina ) upon our late arrival at the hotel, the team made sure we reached our room safe and sound. After check out, we accidentally left something behind, the team reached out and asked our consent of the belongings. This is our first time with heritage collection hotel, the service is exceptional.

I rarely write reviews, but this was my first time in Singapore, and I wasn't familiar with the local customs or situation, so I thought the hotel I booked was pretty good... Turns out, in Singapore, it's probably just a budget hotel. Plus, directly across the street, there's a funeral parlor... At night, you might hear chanting (I think so, not entirely sure). I booked for three nights and tried to check out on the first night by contacting Trip.com, but they refused my request. However, they did offer partial compensation in RMB. What can I say, you get what you pay for. If you're traveling alone, I really wouldn't recommend staying here. I didn't dare return to the hotel after 8 PM. There are also quite a lot of Indian people in the surrounding area.

This is an older hotel with basic facilities. It's comparable to a 3-star hotel in China, and the breakfast is about what you'd expect from a 3-4 star hotel there. Of course, the price is also around 300, but in Singapore dollars. If you're not traveling with family, you'd find much better standard room options and accommodations for the same price. Our family of four stayed here specifically for the two large beds. The hotel's location isn't far from the MRT station. Haji Lane and BOSS HOTEL (the starting point for the Legoland shuttle) are all within walking distance, and there are many bus routes nearby, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of food and drink options downstairs, and there's an Indian minimart across the street from the hotel that's much cheaper than the 7-Eleven down the block. I misplaced something and when I called, they immediately knew which room I was in and what I had lost, which shows excellent coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. Thumbs up for that!
