Ibis budget properties in Singapore

I originally booked a room at this hotel, but when I arrived, the front desk informed me that there was an issue with their rooms. They asked if I would be willing to switch to one of their other branches, offered to call a taxi for me, covered the fare, and even upgraded my room type for free. The service was absolutely excellent! Plus, the new hotel they moved me to even had a swimming pool, and the cleanliness was also quite good.

Generally, the room size in Singapore is small. It is same to this family room. Cannot even open the luggage in flat unless place the luggage on the bed. Plus point for this hotel is located nearby to MRT station and Aperia Mall.

The hotel is located in Geylang there is a bus staion not far from the hotel. It is a new hotel the room is quite spacious for Singapore standard. The price is also very reasonable. I would like to recommend this place for peiple who wants to stay in Geylang area.

This hotel was fantastic, even better than I expected! The room was spacious enough, the bedding was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the window was lovely too. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and it was convenient for washing up. Just a heads-up, you'll need to bring your own shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, and it's a good idea to bring your own slippers. The location is absolutely brilliant! It's not far from the subway station, and the area around is lively and safe. Both sides of the street are full of great food, coffee shops, bars, and tourist spots, all within a 5-15 minute walk! There are so many dining options, it's really a great place to explore. The hotel service was quite good; the front desk staff spoke both English and Chinese, and they offer free luggage storage. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Great value for money!

The staff provided excellent service. The room was a bit small, but we were able to open two 29-inch suitcases. There's a foldable luggage rack, and a water dispenser (hot and cold) in the lobby. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. You can store your luggage after checking out.

My stay at Ibis Budget Clarke Quay completely exceeded my expectations! I'd like to especially commend the three front desk staff, Cun Hao, Yoke Ling, and Amirah, for their warm and patient service. Their fluent Mandarin meant there were absolutely no language barriers, and they provided detailed explanations for sightseeing and luggage storage. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around. While the room wasn't large, the layout was well-designed, clean, and tidy. The 24-hour front desk and free luggage storage are perfect for tourists. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Singapore!

The location is consider good if u wanted to visit Sentosa, Mount Faber, Vivocity. The room is clean the space is a bit tight but it's a budget hotel. The check in process is digital. So u can use email link to complete ur check in and then the access card is not a physical card. You will need to download an app and u can get ur digital card to unlocked the door. But if u didn't complete the online register at the email link you need to provide physical passport or ID for registration. Overall is a good stay but the sound proof is quite bad. Can hear someone taking at the corridor and the trolley wheels passing at the street.

The hotel room was quite small and the window couldn't be opened, but it was very clean. There are many bus lines right outside the door, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's close to both the National University of Singapore and West Coast Park.
