I had a fantastic experience during my stay at their hostel. The facilities were consistently clean, and I appreciated the availability of hot water, which made for refreshing showers after a long day of exploring. The location is a major plus—situated in Little India, it's conveniently close to a supermarket right near the main gate, making it easy to grab snacks or essentials. One of the highlights of the area is the affordable and diverse food options, allowing you to indulge in delicious local cuisine without breaking the bank. While I didn’t have the chance to meet the receptionist in person, their responsiveness via email was impressive. They maintained excellent communication and followed up consistently until my check-out, which made me feel valued as a guest. Safety is clearly a priority here, with cameras installed throughout the premises, so you can relax without any worries. Additionally, the hostel provides secure lockers for storing your belongings, ensuring everything stays safe while you're out and about. I must mention the quality of the beds, honestly, they felt like something you’d find in a five-star hotel, offering unmatched comfort after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hostel is located at 569 Serangoon Road, Singapore, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I highly recommend it to anyone visiting .The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay truly enjoyable. A special thanks to the friendly Lady Shivi(might be miss spelling) the housekeeper, for her exceptional service. She was always friendly, attentive, and made sure my room was spotless every day. Her warm and professional attitude really made a difference in my experience. If it wasn’t her, I won’t book for a week. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

Great people & staff they are all accommodating, room is clean, AC is cold, bathroom has hot&cold water it has an elevator, location is quite far from the tourist attractions but it all worth it coz there's no traffic. The only problem is their internet, we got no internet for the first 2 days and it has poor connection when entering the room, may be they can improve it.

I booked a room through Trip.com, but unfortunately, the room I received was very different from what was shown in the advertisement. The actual room had a strong bad smell, like cigarettes, and was not clean. It was very disappointing and not what I expected based on the pictures. However, after I complained, both Trip.com and the hotel were helpful. They arranged for me to move to a better room, which was much more acceptable. I appreciate the quick response, but I hope the listings in the future can be more accurate to avoid this kind of situation.

The location is very convenient, the green line of the metro is going through all the major sights, so no need to change lines. The room itself is just fine, there is enough space for one person. Hot water in the shower, air conditioning is working, stuff was nice and helpful!
