The environment is awesome, away from the bustling main belt of Orchard Road. Very welcoming lobby and reception. Beautiful pool facing the lush landscape. Complimentary shuttle bus to Orchard Road for the house guests. Minibar is complementary with some drinks on daily replenishment basis. The only area I would like to request for improvement is when booked a king bed room type and given hollywood twin which is kind of uncomfortable joint in the middle. Happy to return for another stay.

Checking in was a bit long, but they made it up by upgrading the room since we need a handicapped room for my mother, thank you Mr Luke (Manager on Duty). The front boy on duty on our check out time was really helpless. He just stood there doing nothing, i was pushing wheelchair with 2 luggages and about to get on the cab, until i said ‘could you please be at help?’ and he replied nothing but just giving lousy gesture.
