Resorts World Sentosa properties in Singapore

The reception checking in guest are quite slow. However there's a lady maybe Manager who is on standby talking to the guest waiting which is a good thing. Some of the reception way of talking lack cordiality, for eg when I ask for my bag which I left with the staff she say say curtly ”next time you should ask them to give you the other piece of the paper” - no friendly advice but a blunt statement as if talking to a retard. The room Deluxe are small, bed are too hard, however air xond is good and so is the water heater

This hotel definitely has an advantage by being on Sentosa Island. Its location is excellent, situated between Resorts World and Imbiah Station, even closer to Imbiah, which has less foot traffic – I'd recommend using that station for getting around. The room size is quite large compared to other hotels in the same price range, and they offer rooms with two small double beds, making it perfect for families, especially those with two children. It's absolutely great value for money. Mr. Andy at the front desk, who speaks Mandarin, was very polite and always willing to help. He assisted us promptly whenever we had difficulties, and we're very grateful for that. Replenishing items was quick, and when there were language barriers with housekeeping, they promptly found a colleague who could communicate, which was very reassuring. Breakfast is served at the nearby Oasia Hotel, which is an acceptable distance away, and the quality of the breakfast exceeded our expectations. The food presentation and service were both excellent. I recommend going early when there are fewer people.

Environment: Quiet and natural, the balcony is fully sheltered from the rain, which is very pleasant ❤️ Service: The hotel's usher and front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and ready to answer any questions (though only some front desk staff speak Chinese). I was particularly impressed when Jitsin, the receptionist, explained the hotel shuttle bus. When I mentioned I wanted to go to Siloso Beach, he detailed the entire route for me. The hotel's breakfast is of excellent quality and the setting is beautiful!

The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. The location was excellent and super close to Universal Studios, which made everything very convenient. I really appreciated the in-room amenities—large toothpaste, mouthwash, and complimentary minibar drinks, including fresh juice and coconut water. The staff also offered chocolates during check-in and provided water, juice, and small cakes while waiting for breakfast. Although the breakfast wait was a bit long, the thoughtful service made it a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again next time.

The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, truly stunning. The service is exceptional. Every room comes with a dedicated butler, so you really don't have to worry about language barriers. It's an especially wonderful experience if you're traveling with kids.

The hotel staff service on check in is very good and room was upgraded from the deluxe suite to premium suite by the reception. Room is excellent and the facilities provided in the room is excellent. Super comfy bed mattress and slept very well. The hotel to the Genting Sentosa resort ****** is just within the same hotel building.
