Shangri-La properties in Singapore

The Shangri-La Singapore boasts an excellent location, offering a serene and elegant environment with beautiful garden views. The check-in experience is relaxing and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, with a full range of toiletries provided. The overall service is attentive and thoughtful, with warm and polite staff. The breakfast selection is extensive. The only minor drawback is that some facilities are slightly older, but they are well-maintained and clean, which doesn't affect the stay at all. Overall, it offers good value for money, making it a great choice for a trip.

I am quite surprised and impressed by the hotel staff from the time I checked in. The queue is long due to the overwhelming number of guests over the weekend. The front desk staff is friendly and offers to extend the check out to delay by 2pm, which my family and I are much appreciative for the special arrangement. The staff also arranged a complimentary breakfast for my younger kid, as we had 3x paid adults breakfast for the additional support. The room is clean and spacious as it is the same feeling that, we had during our post Covid period.My family enjoyed the short stay, the nice pool where the boys can have fun swimming and playing. There is a new game area near the L1 lift lobby for the board games and table tennis games. My boys literally are down at the table tennis tables throughout their stay. The morning breakfast is great with varieties of Western, Indian, Asian and kids options. Service is smooth and efficient to get a table less than 5 mins for my family. It is also a great hotel which can get close to birds such as hornbills which visited us in the morning. Also saw a peacock brought her young chicks for a walk near to the pool area and a big monitor lizard resting along the seat area.. So interesting.

It was a very good stay. The room was spacious and bright, the service attitude was very good, it was convenient to go to Shangri-La Hotel for meals and fitness, and it had its own swimming pool. Linda, the waiter on the 9th floor, was very considerate and enthusiastic, especially praised. There were Chinese waiters in the lobby. We will continue to stay here next time we come to Singapore.
