Location is very convenient with Bugis Junction at its doorstep and MRT lines too. Food in the hotel restaurants and room service is amazing. Room is great with fluffy bedroom slippers and separate bath tub and standing shower. The only thing that can be improved is their car park as most 5 star hotels provide complimentary parking but not this one as the car park belongs to the mall. But if you are not driving then this won't be an issue to you as MRT station is nearby. Overall, customer service from their front line and housekeeping/room service is top notch! Will definitely visit again.

Very pleasant stay with conrad, I think their service is way better than MBS TIP TOP.. surrounding has so much food to choose from and you won't even get bored. Checking in was really pleasant and fast and even equip and prepared us for all our requirement. One more thing to compliment is that they have channels to watch live premier league matches.!!! disappointing things is that they don't have a baby pool or even a float for babies/toddlers. I will definitely come back again to CONRAD as really no comments and regrets on it.

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

The room looks old but is kept clean except for the blanket which have an obvious stain mark, but since its at the edge I'm willing to look past this. Aircond controls seems to be not working, making the room very cold eventhough fan had been set lowest and temperature the highest. The floor being tiles only doesn't help as well. Otherwise its a good 2 nights stay for me considering the convenient location. Service by the staffs are satisfactory as well.

在入住之前，我看到了許多關於這家酒店的差評，所以期待值很低。酒店的位置挺好，靠近清真寺和地鐵站，附近有許多清真餐館。酒店的建築看起來有點破舊。不過，房間倒是非常乾淨整潔。我們的房間帶有陽台，這樣我們就可以坐在躺椅里欣賞城市的景色。房間帶有兩個浴室，配備了冷熱混合淋浴。酒店的服務員非常友善。由於我們帶着兩個孩子，所以不得不多付10新加坡幣的房費。在我預定酒店的時候，並不知道這些規定。

The location of this hotel is close to bugis and sunny, and shopping is very convenient! Around Singapore there are breakfasts such as Zhen Prawn Noodle and Ya Kun Breakfast. The Great Mosque is just across the road. There is a bus platform in front of the hotel, and a few hundred meters east to west can reach the subway station. The hotel service is very attentive, because it is a serviced apartment, the room is large, two rooms and one living room, but the waiter cleans the room every day. The room was well-equipped, and my wife was particularly satisfied with the washer and dryer, so I didn't worry about running out of clothes. We often go to Singapore and stay here next time!

they cube where clean, safe was broken in pod. washrooms where disgusting changed my flight and left a day early showers where disgusting and i nearly vomited using the washrooms,, o forfeited a night and went to a hotel in bangkok a day earlier then i planned to leave singapore,, i was not impressed to say the least twice a day is not enough with that amount of traffic the washrooms and showers should be cleaned every 2 hours and checked every hour,,, staff where helpful but the dirty toilets took away any thing a positive attitude makes up for,, you would think cleanness would be more of a priority post covid

Hotel is Quite new, reception service is NOT good. I requested for a quiet room during checkin, and then a male intern assigned a room next to elevator to me. After I dragged all my luggages and went back down to the reception to change the room, the manager blamed me for not putting any comment on the online reservation.. I was too tired to argue, but wow! Good for you

The bathroom can be quite claustrophobic for some and the bathroom door is unable to open fully due to the toilet bowl. Stayed in room 407, the bathroom has some mini flies maybe due to the humidity. Will recommend to shower in the bath-tub instead. The bedsheets/linens are quite rough hence affects sleep quality. Bathroom only provides bath towels, hand-towel and face towel are not provided. Location is very close to Bugis and the historic Kampong Glam as well as Haji Lane. Do head to Symmetry restaurant across the road from the hotel for their awesome food. And check out the quaint Penny University cafe just a street away.

The place was relatively empty when we checked in as in P2 HA now. When we went inside the suite room, it felt like the place was not used for quite some time as it was dusty and the sink had ants and stuff. The toilet and bathtub was quite dirty as well. But still quite an enjoyable experience.

hotel is clean and comfortable , clean toilet, new hotel so bed and pillow is like 5star hotel . the main door for woman shower is facing directly to common area, if someone sitting at the common area they can see you clearly at the sink like brushing your teeth or doing make up haha , the slide door is big and automatic , but overall i’m very satisfied staying here
