We have had a lamentable experience with the service of this hotel, the team is scaryly mal trained and has made very serious mistakes. We check-in on Friday night, always keeping in contact with the hotel to inform about the time of arrival (although not necessary, we take care of that) and, The hotel was in the wrong room and the room had no helping bed for my son. The receptionist could not calculate the number of days when check-out, which usually starts at 14:00 and ends at 12:00 the next day. I was charged indebtedly and needed to return to request returns from the indebted value. In addition to disorders, contacts with the reception were very difficult and disgusting. In short, accommodation is good, but the service can completely destroy the experience.
