Fabulous hotel in a fantastic location, right in the centre! Massive public carpark that if you take your ticket to the hotel you pay a reduced price. Came here with 10 friends for our jiu jitsu seminar and plan to be back October 2024. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, big, warm and inviting. The shower is fabulous. Lovely big comfy beds. My whole group was very happy.

The experience was great! The hotel is perfectly located and offers amazing food and services. The staff was very kind and helpful, the lady at the front desk named Madeleine was especially attentive and gave great customer service.

The water drainage was terrible. Could hardly take a shower. Towels felt old and it was quite noisy.

Lovely hotel really central , stayed on a coach trip with friends , staff were lovely and the beds comfy , no kettle in room so bring a travel kettle ! Breakfast is very nice , would recommend this hotel , it suited 3 ladies very well

Booked this hotel for a stop over before we headed home to England. The staff are very welcoming and will go out of their way to help you with anything. Parking is just a short walk away and very convenient. The rooms are small, very clean and have everything you need, even air con, hair dryers and shower products. The beds are so cosy and the rooms have extra pillows if required. It's in a perfect location and you have no noise disturbance through the night.

For the price and the brand excellent. Good room, reasonable bed, good shower, air conditioning in the room, reasonable breakfast. For the price very good. The room had a few extras, like the cushioned bench; not quite a sofa but better than you would expect for the price/brand. Overall can’t fault for the price.

This was our 6th or maybe 7th time visiting Ibis Sint Niklaas. As usual it was clean and tidy throughout. We were arriving very late (or early) at just after midnight, the check in was just the same as when we've arrived in the mid afternoon. We stayed 5 nights, and the only problem we had was with a broken door lock. Whilst frustrating, these things do happen, the staff did the processes to get the lock open and a technician fitted a new lock the next morning. This hotel is very convenient for the town centre. There is lots of construction planned for the market Square so it may get a bit noisy now and again. All said we would stay again no problem, overall the staff are friendly and professional. If there was one criticism it would be that it seems there are different staff everyday.

This Hotel was very pleasant, warm and friendly; ideal for short stays. The Rooms were clean and comfortable. However there was one absolutely disgusting and horrid issue for such a nice Hotel.... the TOWELS were like Rough pieces of unusable bits of RAGS!!!!! They were so thin you could see through them and each Customer was only given one Towel that was so small it barely dried one arm. This Hotel desparately needs to invest in brand new thick Egyptian cotton Towels, which each Customer should be given One Hand Towel, One Bath Towel and one Bath/Shower sheet. All Bathrooms should also have proper decent mats to step on when exiting the shower, NOT stupid tiny towels. Quite frankly, using the lump of Rag provided as a Towel made me sick. The only other issue of complaint I have that would greatly improve the Rooms is for Tea & Coffee making facilities to be placed in all Rooms.

This hotel was in the perfect location for the event we were in town for. The hotel itself is very basic! The room was tiny and the towels were too. In fact, I don't think I've ever had such thin, threadbare towels in a hotel before. We had a room on the back of the hotel, so our room was quiet and did not face the busy street. The breakfast cost 16 Euros per person, so we did not take this as it did not look like it was worth the price.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always find the staff excellent. The hotel is in a great location just along the road from the Grote Markt. The breakfast was excellent and was constantly being replenished. The bar was also excellent with a good choice of beers on offer.

I was travelling from Dove UK via Channel Eurotunnel, there was a massive queues, unfortunately I got to the hotel for 5am in the morning. The receptionst said that I missed my check in slot and I won't be able to check in even i was already charged. Because I had my breakfast paid too I asked if we can have a breakfast, his reply was that because I have not stayed in i have to pay extra for it. His approach was really rude i would say also ******. It was really bad experience. I try to call the customer service landline number during weekend but no one has answered yet.

We stayed with 3 couples there only for one night. It was very good. The service and breakfast were excellent! To explore Sint-Niklaas the location was also excellent; in the middle of the town near to the Grand Place.
