The staff was outstanding. The gentleman who 3as working the desk mentioned he was new on this shift. He could not have been more efficient and friendly. I will certainly stay here again next time I come to Sioux Falls.

Facility needs so repairs. It is older and has some projects unfinished. The public areas need a refresh. When we were there the hot tub had no water in it. There also isn’t much business here. This is one motel I would be surprised to see open in a year. The bed was comfortable. Everything seemed to work in the room. It could have used a good dusting as there was dust everywhere. It was a cheap room and served its purpose for this trip. I wouldn’t bring my family there though.

The hotel was fine. The only issue I had was the night manager smelled so bad I had to stand away from the desk. The smell was so bad. I noticed it on my jacket when I got to the room.

Bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, clean, breakfast good selection. For sure better than many we have stayed at that were overpriced.

Tried to check in early but had to wait till 3. No elevator to get to second floor. It felt like the whole family was living in the hotel that was managing it.

Was quiet area clise to the mall, restaurants.
We did have problems withe the tv, as it won't shut off, and the remote won't work, as we noticed that tv was unplug when we got into room, we let the desk know, poor guy worked about 15 minutes on this.
Also want them to know there was no fire alarm in room looked like it was taken down.
We were happy we had 1st floor room as I just got out of hospital and had hard time walking

The property was run down and needing repair and updating. The hot tub was closed. This is something that should be disclosed at booking and at checking. It was not!

Water in shower was luke warm. Seemed clean but hotel is pretty run down. Still a nice stay.
