Sito al centro di ortigia, posizione comoda per chi non è dotato di mezzo proprio ed è costretto a camminare a piedi. Pulito, accogliente e confortevole. Colazione offerta in un bar vicino. Proprietario disponibile e simpatico.

Sistemazione centralissima nel quartiere Giudecca, a pochi passi dalla spiaggetta sotto le mura. Parcheggio suggerito è Talete (15€/giorno). Stanza silenziosa, pulizie giornaliere, colazione convenzionata con un bar a pochi metri. Ottima soluzione x una sosta ad Ortigia.

La struttura è situata in uno stabile sporco e fatiscente La stanza ha una macchia enorme di muffa che manda cattivo odore. Non è possibile dormire a causa della musica ad altissimo volume dei locali vicini. La stanza non ha doppi vetri e i tappi per le orecchie forniti dal proprietario non servono a niente.

L'hôte est charmant et a une très bonne connaissance de son île. Le BB est très bien placé, car tout est accessible à pied...un bemol sur la douche car l'eau coule peu et il faut attendre beaucoup pour avoir de l'eau chaude,un énorme bemol fut le petit déjeuner, Renaldo nous a prevenu à l'arrivée, il venait de faire des travaux donc impossible de faire un petit déjeuner dans l'établissement, ce que nous avons compris, comme le petit dejeuner avait été payé, Rinaldo nous fait grâce des taxes de l'hébergement s'elevant à 12 euros, me disant que cela convrira les frais de 3 petits dejeuners à 2..pour un petit dejeuner minimum jus,café creme et croissant à 2 nous avons payé une quinzaine d'euros,en week-end à Ortigia alors 3 on en est loin, bref cela nous a rajouté des frais alors que la prestation etait payée, donc un peu decue..mais l'hôte est très sympathique...

Ottima posizione in pieno centro di ortigia, parcheggio ovviamente inesistente occorre andare a talete e tariffa giornaliera 15€. Attenzione qua macchinette per parcheggio quasi sempre non funzionanti meglio andare al tabacchi vicino al tempio di Apollo. Camera pulita, Wi-Fi discreto, silenzioso, aria condizionata, mi aspettavo qualcosa di più dal proprietario su cosa mangiare/vedere ecc ma l’accoglienza non si impara.

Situato nel quartiere della Giudecca, è molto comodo per chi viaggia in macchina. Si può comunicare in reception la propria targa per accedere alla ztl senza problemi. A circa 12 minuti a piedi si trova il parcheggio Talete (15 euro costo giornaliero, da pagare in contanti alle macchinette. L'app easypark non prevede l'opzione giornaliero). La camera era piccola ma confortevole e ben arredata. Ottimo il bagno, spaziosa la doccia. La colazione è inclusa, da effettuare al bar a pochi passi: tutto buono!
