Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella struttura circa 10 giorni fa e ne portiamo un bel ricordo. Per chi cerca tranquillità e relax è nel posto giusto. Personale gentile e accogliente e ottima cucina. Lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla.

Hotel e personale direi no 4 ma 5 stelle!!! Servizi ottimi, pulizia estrema con camere comode e curate nei dettagli. Ottimo come posizione e per chi ha bambini, in quanto l' hotel ha due splendide piscine dove il tempo scorre velocemente e piacevolmente. La ciliegina sulla torta sono poi i proprietari: persone squisite e con loro è come sentirsi a casa!!! Ogni volta che andremo ad Ortigia sappiamo già dove prenotare!!!

Posto incantevole, staff gentile, ottima colazione e ristorante all’altezza delle aspettative. Piscine meravigliose e anche provato l’ottima pizza dello chef. Camere pulite e spaziose. Ottima posizione per poter visitare le zone circostanti la città, quali : Noto, Marzamemi ecc . Consigliatissimo

Le camere erano ottime,il personale di sala é molto scorbutico mentre il personale della reception é molto disponibile e gentile.L’acqua della doccia il 1 giorno era fredda mentre negli altri giorni di pernotto era abbastanza calda.Il cibo molto scadente.

Come da titolo, NON È ASSOLUTAMENTE UN 4 STELLE, semmai quasi un 3,quasi. Non saprei da dove iniziare. La struttura è bella, ma di certo non ci andrò più e sconsiglio, se non cambiano le cose, di non prenotare in questa struttura. Iniziamo dalle camere poco pulite e piene di polvere. L'acqua della doccia fredda perché il proprietario non aggiustava la caldaia..oltre a essere fredda, era senza pressione. Alle ns. Continue lamentele, ci hanno cambiato stanza, ma con risultato uguale. Per uscire o entrare nella struttura attendi il portiere che non si sa mai dov'é.. Il proprietario infine, parla male dei clienti.. Come l'ha fatto con me di sicuro lo fa con altri.. Diffidate sentite a me.

Posto incantevole ma gestione pessima è assolutamente non è 4 stelle. Manca L ascensore e non c è aiuto per salire le valigie al primo piano. Camere e bagno datate non si può chiamare la reception per mancanza di telefoni. Acqua calda si deve chiedere perché devono aprire la valvola. Colazione mediocre, personale assente e incurante del cliente. È un peccato perché la struttura potrebbe essere accogliente è L ospitalità dei siciliani e sempre ottima, a parte il gestore di questa struttura

Mi aggiungo alle numerose recensioni purtroppo negative per questa struttura, bella nella sua interezza, ma poco valorizzata e ahimè mal gestita. Ci troviamo in un 4 stelle dove l’acqua calda è su richiesta, dove il titolare ha poca empatia nei confronti del cliente e dove le dotazioni di un 4 stelle sono davvero inesistenti. La colazione discreta, mancava l’assortimento classico della classificazione di cui si fregia dell’hotel e tra questi uova, bacon, pane (era sostituito da fette di pan carrè) frutta di stagione è molto altro. La delusione anche dentro la camera: un climatizzatore non governabile in toto dall’utente e per di più molto rumoroso. La pulizia discreta anche se di fianco al muro sui mobili c’era addirittura un contenitore di un rullino di fotografie. Il terzo letto era una poltrona sistemata a letto scomoda. Purtroppo la struttura potrebbe fare molto di più ma è in uno stato di quasi abbandono
