The hotel's location was excellent, and the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was also of a high standard, and we felt very welcome.

There is not always staff at the front desk, so it is a good idea to contact the hotel in advance and arrange communication via WhatsApp. When I arrived, there was no staff there, but I was able to contact them via WhatsApp and they were able to unlock the door remotely. I was impressed that slippers were provided as an amenity. Breakfast was not included, but there are cafes and bakeries in the area that open from around 7am, so it wasn't a problem.

I was very grateful for the quick response, such as providing information about shops around the hotel and arranging check-in times. The hotel staff were also very helpful. The location was very convenient for visiting the station, Ortigia Island, the Greek Theatre, and more, so I was able to get around efficiently. Thank you very much.

The location is totally awesome! Even though it is a BbB, it is not inferior to other hotels. Breakfast is also perfect, although you have to move to a partner hotel for a while. The owners are also very bright and cheerful. They respond quickly to questions. When it gets late in the evening, there is plenty of free parking space.
