Hotel Santika Premiere Ambon ★★★★
"I really like the view from this hotel, we can see beach and mountain. Breakfast menu also many variant."
Pacific Hotel Ambon ★
"highly recommended"
Swiss-Belhotel Ambon ★★★★
"Location is very good , Macdonalds is just next door, KFC steps away, local food of all types around the area. Convenience shop just across the road. Some rooms have view of sea. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is buffet style with a huge spread. Tried getting GRAB , vehicle came within minutes."
Zest Ambon by Swiss-Belhotel International ★★
"Extremely poor service. We checked in on 6.11.25 (arrived at hotel @around 12.15pm) and were attended by a lady at the front desk. After completing all formalities, she told us to wait while the rooms were prepared. We ended up waiting for over 2 hours with no updates. Only 1 room (out of the 2 rooms we booked) was eventually issued, and it was done by a different staff member – not the lady who handled our check-in. The second room was still not ready even when the time was already approaching 3:00 PM. This is unacceptable. This is very unprofessional. There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to assist. Very bad management and extremely poor customer service. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone."
Golden Palace Hotel Ambon ★★★
"Friendly receptionist, nice and clean rooms, friendly staff"
Clean and Comfort ★★
"Several times without hot water, some things don't work. I stayed there for a week."
Kamari Hotel Ambon ★★
"Top hotel in a good location. Clean and tidy Friendly staff"
Budget Hotel Ambon ★
"Fine hotel for this price. It was neat and the rooms were clean. Modest hotel, but it was neat and good."
Grand Avira Hotel ★
"Must note the room booked with the room given the receptionist, I booked deluxe room with window but initially given a standard room without window after I complained directly changed to deluxe with window and good interior."
