Boutique Hotel Sirmione

This really is a wonderful boutique hotel. Every one of the staff were so welcoming. Claudia ensured that whatever we needed she responded so promptly. The room was immaculate and the breakfast was so extensive with fruits and pastries. All the staff were committed to making every guest welcome. The way the hotel is run I would suggest others should take a lesson. We had a wonderful stay and endorse all the other glowing recommendations.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Wonderful warm welcome from Mara on reception. Complimentary well stocked mini bar in the room.(We did ask for the wine to be removed from the bar before arrival but that didn’t matter). What we particularly appreciated was the hospitality area near reception which was laden with all sorts of goodies, coffee machine, milk and snacks. A wonderful touch. Breakfast was really lovely. Hosted by Claudia who made one of the best coffee macchiatos ever! Every member of staff we encountered was super friendly and helpful including the manager/ director Giorgio. Both the bedroom and the bathroom have been very thoughtfully designed and have everything you could wish for. A brilliant stay with an excellent team of people.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were treated like we were the only guests. On arrival, Alessandro carried our heavy cases up from the garage and took charge of our car. Georgio and Catterina gave us a huge welcome offering us a glass of prosecco to enjoy in the seating area outside. We were taken to our room right next to reception and were delighted to find a sleek, modern and immaculate room with a huge bed and an even bigger TV!!! Everything was perfect including the free mini bar that contained a bottle of prosecco- we have never had such treatment from other hotels. The bed was super comfy with luxurious bedding as well as comfortable pillows. Our towels were changed daily and room cleaned to a very high level. We even had a change of bedding and we were only there for three nights!! We could help ourselves to free food and soft drinks in the lobby area if we so chose. We had a patio area screened by plants with table and chairs. In the morning we were taken to the breakfast area by Catterina and greeted by the lovely and friendly Claudia who had prepared the most spectacular array of food; something for everyone, including great cappuccino which is always a bonus as a coffee lovely. Claudia was really lovely, advising what each dish was and was very attentive, filling our coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice whenever we wanted it. The hotel is located on the peninsula only a few minutes from the Scaligero Castle and the charming historic centre of Sirmione where we ate and wandered around. We also used the voucher from the hotel to taste one of the amazing ice creams. All in all, we both really enjoyed our stay here and can honestly say, we have never received such exceptional service and attention from a hotel before; we just wish we could have stayed longer but we may come back again in the future. We Love this hotel from the moment we arrive were treated with kindness and the staff is very accommodating and they make you feel welcomed. The rooms are very nice. The properties small which we like and it’s very well located parking is available and the food is very good.

Fantastic hotel, the staff couldn’t do enough for us, parking and a brilliant location close to the old town. lovely clean rooms and outdoor space- Made us feel really welcome- the best hotel we have stayed in during our trip around Italy made better with a mini bar included and snacks too.

When it comes to hotels and accommodations in and around Sirmione, there is no shortage of options, with plenty of places to suit every taste and budget. However, the warmth and professionalism at the Sirmione Boutique Hotel are truly hard to beat. Mara, Giorgio, and the entire staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Nice and cosy little nest with seven rooms. Luxury stay.We would certainly come back Five stars all the way.

Could not fault this place. We are picky and particular but this place was outstanding. Each staff member could not do enough for us whilst we was visiting to celebrate our 10yr wedding anniversary. From start to finish, they were all extremely helpful and sincere. The accommodation is spotless and the free mini bar was a lovely extra. The breakfast was beautiful with a wide variety of options, including Prosecco. There was also the option to eat on your own terrace where they brought you your breakfast, this was a lovely treat. The location is ideal, with a short walk to sirmione. The barracuda bar across from the hotel was nice for the sunset. The reception staff made us restaurant reservations and also recommended various places. Couldn’t recommend enough that staff made our visit. Not had customer service like this.
