Wonderful hotel with a great location and a beautiful view.The new spa is great with open-air swimming pool, which is also great place to look at the people skiing 😀Food was good and all staff is very helpful.Absolutely beautiful hotel to be in the winter-holidays.

I agree with the comments about the misleading advertising for the spa. It should be noted a great spa project and a view from the window. We chose this place because of the promised warm pool of 41 degrees, in reality the water was about 30 degrees, we were freezing outside. We hoped to warm up in the sauna, but to our great surprise, its heating was not turned on at all, the water in the shower is barely lukewarm, as we are freezing in the spa, no joke.

Our stay was what felt like a once in a life time experience. The entire staff is AMAZING, AMAZING; so warm, kind, and professional. We stayed in the Suites and used the spa, pool, and sauna every day - best views I had in every location! Hotel suite spettacolare come il panorama che si gode dalla suite Paussa, appena entrati il profumo del legno circolo che avvvolge il rivestimento della stanza , terrazza molto ampia con vista spettacolare della montagna all’interno della camera una splendida vasca chiaramente anche la doccia insomma un’esperienza da provare

Un soggiorno che non dimenticheremo facilmente. Abbiamo prenotato una delle suite ispirate al mondo. Il contrasto tra la vista meravigliosa dal terrazzo e i colori, la cura di ogni dettaglio prezioso della stanza ci hanno coccolato e reso la vacanza ancora più bella. Top la gentilezza del personale che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Cucina deliziosa, ottima scelta di vini, e dulcis in fundo, una selezione di te in foglie buonissimi, sia per la colazione che da abbinare al menù.

Abbiamo passato 5 giorni di relax totale. Abbiamo soggiornato in una delle suite "originali" che , seppur con qualche piccola pecca - subito sistemata, é stata veramente confortevole, grande e con una vista sui monti indimenticabile. Tante le piccole attenzioni da parte della struttura, tra cui acqua fresca in camera sempre, ottima la cucina sempre varia così come la colazione con prodotti freschi e buonissimi. Anche le attività proposte sono molto carine, tra cui il culto del te che hanno.É una bella iniziativa proporre il te tra le.bevande a cena, sicuramente da provare. UNA MENZIONE SPECIALE PER LA SPA, S P E T T A C O L A R E, soprattutto la piscina a sfioro con vista sui monti, non enorme ma ha tutto quello che serve e spazi adeguati per tutti gli ospiti. non vediamo l'ora di tornare da loro. P.S.vale la pena anche andare a sentire Martina con la sua voce meravigliosa

I miei complimenti vanno a chi vi cura il sito e i social, riesce a comunicare ciò che non esiste. Suite meravigliosa nulla da dire ma tutto il resto è deludente. Un hotel a 3 stelle conduzione familiare che gioca a fare l’hotel di lusso senza avere ne arte ne parte. Incoerenza tra ciò che paghi per una suite e i servizi offerti. “Professionisti” dei trattamenti e degli eventi improvvisati a “Fare cose”. Colazione imbarazzante. Paghi la mezza pensione e ti mettono in conto l’acqua del rubinetto. Apertitivi casalinghi a bordo piscina, in cui ti dicono che sono offerti e poi te li trovi messi in conto. Non ci vale quello che si spende. Meglio andare in un semplice b&b e poi pagarsi una giornata in una qualsiasi altra spa.

Con amiche siamo state al Latemar hotel la scorsa Domenica per un addio al nubilato. Gessica - facente parte della famiglia che gestisce l'hotel - ci ha proposto un percorso studiato appositamente per le spose (ma che ovviamente può essere sperimentato sempre :) ). Abbiamo fatto un'interessante esperienza hammam con degustazione di Marrakesh Mint Tea preparato da una tea sommelier. Dopodiché ci siamo rilassate.... con un fantastico brunch. Sì, certo abbiamo assolutamente goduto anche della parte wellness che potete curiosare dal sito. La sposa inoltre ha ricevuto un massaggio extra. Ci siamo trovate benissimo e Gessica ci ha seguite con cura e discrezione. Fra l'altro approfittatene anche lato vini perché Gessica è sia tea che wine sommelier :) Grazie, torneremo
