After a few days in Barcelona, I was looking for a hotel by the beach in Sitges. Came across this hotel on TripAdvisor and after doing my research I booked a beach view room. When I got to my room, what a pleasant surprise to see the nice decor and that view from my balcony. It isn’t a new hotel but it only showed a little in the washroom, bottom of door and trims. If you are thinking about booking this hotel, add a little more to and get the beach view. Well worth it.

This is our fourth visit over a period of 10 years Post Covid things are a little different but still a fantastic hotel wonderfully comfortable rooms, we booked a family suite large double bed plus a twin room, kitchen and bathroom and great sea facing balcony very family friendly, the staff are stretched due to lack of numbers but working incredibly hard… a shout out to the Michaela in the Terrace restaurant where they serve the most divine steak on a stone, the lovely ladies working at breakfast who really are stretched but doing a marvellous job and the hotel manager who is a charming chap! And the guys on reception Supermarket beneath the hotel, a games room, Indoor pool and outdoor pool, free bikes what’s not yo Like?!! We will be back - we love it!

The Hotel is in a great location over looking a beach, however it is a pleasant 25 min walk by the beach and harbour to the centre of Sitges. We stayed half board and you can choose either to eat lunch or dinner, the food is excellent quality but the service can be a little slow. We experienced excellent service from the lady receptionist when she changed our room, which offered a better view of the beach and could not fault the service she offered, always with a smile, so thank you. It is the most interesting hotel we had visited with all the Art work on show. We would have no hesitation in staying in this hotel again, its not perfect but its clean with friendly staff, in a good location and you are never bored with all the Art work on show. Hotel Sitges is small but very stylish; everything is white, dove grey or charcoal with an occasional splash of scarlet. There are 3 vintage racing bikes, one a 1938 BMW R51 with sidecar, in the foyer, and two other models on every floor landing. Tea, coffee, croissants, cake and biscuits are served between 5-6pm. Really excellent breakfast buffet including tempting bottles of Cava and white wine - so you can be sophisticated and have a Bucks Fizz to start your day! The Hotel is situated in a quiet part of the resort, mainly an upmarket residential district, perfect, 5 mins walk to the beach and a further 15mins walk along the promenade or beach to the old town and El Balcón del Mar. The staff, Victor, Roman et al, are all super: we made a couple of requests with our direct booking and they were both met. Victor checked out bus and train times for us, Roman made restaurant reservations and organised our airport taxi. For those of you who don't want to be one of many in a large anonymous hotel then this is the choice for you!

Although the outside could do with an update and a lick of paint the pool area, reception, restaurant and bar were fine. The room is on the small side and rather basic but they do have other bigger rooms to choose from, at a price. Basic toiletries provided, no frills. Staff were outstanding and couldn't do enough. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the set meal in the evening was good value and had some interesting options. Wine reasonably priced too. The location is a fair walk, 20mins, (along a lovely promenade) from main town Sitges but the location is quiet and has lovely beaches and beach restaurants. Good bus service into town and only takes 5-10 mins.

Located on the stunning seaside promenade of Sitges, you cannot find a better property on the strip than this one. Stunning views of the glittering Mediterranean sea from the room and balcony, easy access to all key points of interest, and a charming boutique feel. Couldn't have asked for more in this coastal retreat. LOCATION: Located in the center of the promenade, a stone’s throw away from the waves. DINE + DRINK: Nice lobby-level bar restaurant with a sweet terrace looking into the seafront. ROOM: We stayed in Room 524, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Mindblowing views of the Sea and the glittering water from the Balcony and the room; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage. The Terrac/Balcony was a super cool highlight of the room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: OK cosmetics. FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines, good enough for a decent workout. They also have a pool on site. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. Special thanks to ESTHER from Front office for enhancing our stay. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free LOW-SPEED Wi-Fi(6 Mbps!) that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages

This complex is badly managed and I am writing this as a warning to other potential guests. The positive is that the apartments have been renovated so appear great in the photos. Unfortunately that is where it ends. On arrival the floors were filthy and we had to ask for them to be cleaned. Only a table on the balcony so chairs from inside had to be used. It is advertised as air conditioned which technically is correct, however it is set at the lowest temp of 18 and has little power so the apartment was too hot for us. We complained and maintenance was sent (after 2 calls) but he couldn’t change it. The block had no hot water for 3 days but no update or explanation was given. The garden and pool area was not kept clean or tidy and I reported dirty towels and filled bins 3 times to Reception which had been left for 4 days. Gardeners came to cut the grass (not remove litter or empty bins) at 11am on 2 occasions within our week and asked us to move our beds, the leaf blower and mower were unbearably loud and guests had to endure this for 2 hours. I asked Reception why it wasn’t done earlier in the day but they said that it was a private company who can turn up at any time. Apartments only get cleaned every 7 days and no clean towels provided. . As other reviews have explained, keys need collecting from their sister hotel, a long walk or taxi ride away. As there is no Reception or any staff on site this complex feels unloved and forgotten . I rarely write reviews but felt compelled on this occasion. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. We feel so disappointed with our stay and it has ruined our holiday.
