Excellent experience. Sue was the perfect host. Ideal location close to the beach and town centre. Extremely clean and decoration was modern. Comfortable bed all mod cons Fridge, Cooker, Microwave and TV. Nothing too much trouble would be highly recommended .

Lovely host , but a 4star rating with no hand soap or toiletries , in this day and age on arrival needing the toilet is a must :( duvet pillows and beds mattress and shower need updating , love the honesty fridge , great location, great breakfast , chair and dressing table would be nice also , other than the above enjoyed our stay

Very pleasant Sue met us and showed us round, it was larger than the pictures so clean everything you need. We stayed for a few days a mini break. I would definitely do a week. Sue is a lovely lady gave us ideas on where to go and eat throughly enjoyed it . Will be returning.

On arrival was seated and given some information on hotel and amenities close to hotel also on which places to eat and not to the owner Alan and Jackie where more than helpful breakfast was really nice good quality produce the rooms where really homely was very clean my partner proposed while down there and Jackie and Alan help arrange flowers to be put at the restaurant and gave us a bottle of champagne and a few little bits to say congratulations we would recommend this hotel to anyone and we have booked to stay again thanks Jackie and alan

Just had a couple of days break in Skegness and stayed here. Met at the apartments by Sue, the owner and a diamond of a lady, who showed me around my apartment - apt 2. Absolutely spotless with everything you would need for a holiday away from home (other than your clothes and food lol). A short walk to everything Skegness has to offer..WishI could have stayed longer...definitely will do when I book next year. Eric

ANOTHER GREAT HOLIDAY IN THE RUFFORD,JACKIE AND ALAN ARE THE PERFECT HOSTS.CUP OF TEA ON ARRIVAL,A LITTLE OR LARGE BREAKFAST,WHICHEVER YOU PREFER,NICE ROOMS,NICE ATMOSPHERE,MAKING IT THE PERFECT HOLIDAY.DONT BE AFRAID OF THE STAR WARS CHARACTER IN BREAKFAST ROOM,ITS ONLY JAR JAR BINKS.

Loved all the star wars, harry potter and lego ! Good breakfast (went down well and a good start to the day), clean rooms and jackie and alan are lovely and . Very close to the beach and a lovely italian restaurant. Would definatley go again Thanks jackie and alan

We stayed here in July for one night, and it was excellent value. The hosts are informative and welcoming, and the b&b has a lot of returning regulars. The price came to £121 which included breakfast. The icing on the cake is the parking they have. Spaces at the front and a car park at the back.

Cheap and very cheerful place with very welcoming and helpful hosts. Cosy, clean, comfortable room...good breakfast....If you like Star Wars or Lego you're in for an extra treat. Free parking, good wi-fi. Honesty bar a nice touch. A very friendly vibe about the place.
